I have anxiety and don't like the noises of the dental nstruments used just for a cleaning lol. I never had work done on my teeth before and now needed fillings so I knew I would have anxiety. I did use nitrous aaand had headphones with the music turned up lol but between my Dr and her assistant I had an awesome experience and felt very calm and felt nothing but the numbing shot and the Dr was very gentle with that. They all told me they were proud of me when I was done and I was proud too lol. I really appreciate everyone at this office that made me feel comfortable from front desk to the back. Thank you 馃挏

Dr. Nyguen was very nice and gentle. I didn鈥檛 feel anything, from the beginning to the end he kept asking me was alright. From front door to exam rooms everyone was so friendly with smiles. I鈥檇 recommend this office.

I came here a few years ago to have fillings done. I waited about an hour to go back an hour after they gave me the numbing shots for them to even start doing anything. Two of the fillings were on my front teeth. They cracked my tooth and globbed on the filling material over the crack that they made. After everything was supposedly done I was like hey aren't you supposed to polish the filling down? They then informed me that they were out of the green polishers that they needed and I couldn't close my mouth right because it kept catching on the filling on the back of my tooth. I questioned them about it because I didn't have any cavities back there and they said it was to help my tooth because it was weak and they were afraid it would crack. They didn't tell me that they already cracked it and I found this out because literally two days later the filling popped off and my tooth was whole no cavities there just a crack. Half of the fillings on the actual cavities flaked off within a month. The reason I'm making this review well over a couple of years later is because they keep calling and texting from multiple numbers (I keep blocking them) asking me if I want to come in within a couple of days and I tell them no and explain why and then sometimes they'll call me back within an hour asking the same thing again.

I came here thinking orthodontics would only change my smile, but I slowly noticed changes in how I chew and even how my jaw feels after meals. During follow-ups, they explained that improved alignment can reduce unnecessary strain. That real-life improvement made me appreciate the treatment more than just visual results.
