They fell short in several areas.
They changed my appt time less than 24 hours in advance then on the day of called me early and asked if I can come in early for the appt. I thought that was odd but not awful.
After looking at my X-rays the dentist said there were no major concerns but by the end of the appt he said I didn’t have wisdom teeth—they “must have been removed” (no I have two top wisdom teeth that were never removed and are still there) he said I have 9 cavities (which seemed insane because I go to a dentist every 6 months and to develop that many in 6 months when I’ve had 0 my entire life was crazy) then he said my back right molar was cracked.
They proceeded to make an appt to get all these fillings and asked me to pay ahead—- BIG RED FLAG. I went to Dr. Jang in Marina and magically my two wisdom teeth are still there…I don’t have cavities and none of my teeth are cracked…? What a scam

I love Accu Dental because the staffs are very friendly and beautiful peoples. The place is so clean and the decorations are so beautiful like beach with sea 🐚 shells, crabs 🦀 and fishes 🐠. The price is very clear up front before you agree or not for them to work on it. I highly recommend this place everything is updated.

Terrible service by the manager.. they always care about money not your dental health. Additionally, they always cancel appointments the day of and reschedule multiple times at their convenience.

The pleasant ambiance upon entering the office made feel at ease and calm. The staff was attentive and professional and greeted me in a very pleasant and caring manner. I highly recommend them for all dental needs.

Thoroughly enjoyed Accu Dental. They made me feel comfortable and calm for my dental work. Everyone is so kind, it makes going to the dentist fun! Plus it always smells so good and is SUPER clean. I’m also SO thankful they take Tricare Dental Plans!
