I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office and the care my daughter received during her wisdom teeth removal.
From the very beginning, scheduling the consultation was easy, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. We received a clear quote and detailed instructions for the night before and the day of surgery, which helped ease any anxiety and ensured we were well prepared.
On the day of surgery, my daughter was taken back right away. The procedure was efficient, and all four impacted wisdom teeth were removed in approximately 40 minutes. Before we left, we were given thorough post-operative instructions, and her prescriptions had already been called in, making pickup simple and stress-free. As an added bonus, they even gave us her wisdom teeth to take home, which was surprisingly cool to see!
What truly sets this practice apart is their commitment to patient care. The office called twice to check on my daughter after surgery. The second call came directly from the doctor at nearly 7:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. As a parent, that level of personal attention meant so much. It is rare to find a provider who takes the time to personally follow up after hours, and it speaks volumes about the doctor's dedication to their patients and families.
At her follow-up appointment, another doctor carefully checked her healing, gave her a clean bill of health, and provided additional guidance for the next two weeks of recovery. They even supplied a syringe and showed her how to gently clean the extraction sites while they continue to heal.
Every member of the team was kind, professional, compassionate, and attentive. My daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and I felt reassured every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for the excellent care she received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery or wisdom teeth extraction.

My implant experience today 6/30/26 was exceedingly excellent in all aspects. Dr. Nick ( son) is exceptionally skilled. He is very precise and showed attention to detail throughout my procedure. I felt comfortable and in good hands with Dr. Nikchevich. The entire ADI team was very professional and attentive, creating a reassuring environment. The post-operative instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I highly recommend ADI to anyone considering implant surgery for their patient- centered care with excellent results.

I wanted to take a moment to express how great my experience was with the team at ADI Oral Surgery during my implant procedure.
From the very beginning, the staff was professional, caring, and attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the process, made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.
The implant work itself exceeded my expectations. The doctors and staff showed incredible skill and attention to detail, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and compassion. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the experience.
I am extremely happy with the results and grateful for the excellent care I received. I would highly recommend ADI Oral Surgery to anyone considering dental implants or other dental procedures.

My dental implant experience was excellent! I was awake during extraction and implant and Dr Nikchevich kept me totally calm and comfortable. The staff is also excellent during and after surgery. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this office enough. After having a horrible experience at another dentist earlier today, I was scared, in pain, and honestly shaking. The previous dentist wasn’t able to extract my wisdom tooth, lost control of one of the instruments and even injured my throat. It was a traumatic experience, and I left feeling defeated.
I drove to this office as an emergency, and within 5 minutes they welcomed me in. The doctor and his two assistants were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with so much kindness, compassion, and reassurance. They could tell how upset I was and genuinely cared about making me feel safe and comfortable.
The extraction was quick, smooth, and professionally done. After everything I had been through earlier, I couldn’t believe the difference. They turned one of the worst days into one where I finally felt relieved and truly cared for.
Thank you to the doctor and the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and outstanding care. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts their patients first.
