I have not been with this dental office long enough to fairly rate the office as a whole, so this 5-star review is specifically for the dentist, whom I believe is Dr. Maira or Dr. Jordan (my apologies if I have his name incorrect). During my recent visit, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. His high emotional intelligence was especially evident during our discussion of my X-rays. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened attentively, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. What stood out most was his genuine humility and approachable demeanor, which made the conversation feel natural and put me at ease throughout the appointment. I greatly appreciated his professionalism, communication, and patient-centered care. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one.

I have a history of clench my jaw while I sleep and grinding my teeth. Years ago another dentist charged me $600 for a custom fitted night guard which fit between the upper and lower teeth to keep them separated. It had a tendency to cause my gag reflex, so he cut away the middle part which was between my tongue and the roof of my mouth. It worked and lasted for a long time until my teeth wore a hole in it. I discovered that I could buy a much less expensive night guard at the drug store and custom fit it to my teeth using boiling water to soften the surface that fit against my upper teeth and then cooling it slightly and putting it in my mouth. Biting down for a couple of minutes allowed the plastic material molding it to conform to my upper teeth and fit snuggly. It worked great, however it wore out after about six months when my teeth eventually wore a hole through it. I kept replacing them since they were so inexpensive until I saw another brand that was more compact and was designed by a dentist. Unfortunately it didn’t fit as snuggly against my teeth and I would sometimes wake up and find it shifted away from my teeth because it was so small and had fewer teeth it was in contact with. This led to severe damage to several of my teeth due to grind that occurred when the night guard was not positioned properly. I just had a dentist visit today with my new dentist and she diagnosed the cause of the damage as being caused by the smaller night guard’s poor fit leaving my teeth to grind against each other during sleep. She offered to make me a custom night guard, however I opted to buy one at Target that was only $20 and offered maximum protection making contact with all of my upper teeth. I just went through the fitting process with the new night guard from DenTek and it fits perfectly and stays in place. My new dentist was able to make fillings that restored my damaged teeth and now they are back to the way they were before I started using the smaller night guard. I took a photo of the small worthless night guard next to the DenTek “Professional Fit” Dental Guard that offers “Maximum Protection for a very low price. Jerry .

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, mostly because I was scared of being judged or scolded about my teeth. So I went into this appointment pretty anxious, but Dr. Parado honestly made it such a different experience. She wasn’t judgmental at all and was just really honest when I asked questions (which I RLY appreciated). When I sat down, she asked where I was sensitive and told me to raise my left hand if I was uncomfortable (I know that sounds like a standard thing, but I’ve had a lot of dentists not actually check in like that so it meant a lot!!!). During the cleaning, I could tell she was trying to be thorough but she would check in and let me take breaks to rest my jaw. At the end, we talked about future treatments and what things might cost and what insurance would cover. That honestly kinda surprised me because usually I get handed off to someone else for that part and don’t really get to talk to the dentist until the next treatment. Overall, she just made me feel really comfortable and not as scared to be in a dentist chair anymore. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentists before, so I feel like I can tell when someone actually cares and she 100% does.

My initial visit was very positive. All the staff was friendly and professional. They were thorough and took the time to review the results and offer options, without any pressure. I left very satisfied and look forward to my next visit
