From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a kind, beautiful smile from Nikole. The entire team there work together, the best bedside manner and so professional. Dr. Castracane took time to throughly explain everything to me, he looked me in the eye and treated me so warmly and with respect. He is an amazing dentist, so knowledgeable and so is Dr Srivastava. Lauren is so attentive to detail, she did a wonderful job and explained everything so well. I've never been treated so well at a dentist before. Jakub and Taneisha are so personable and patient. Everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. They are top tier at what they do. Definitely recommend.

I have been in the care of Dr Srivastava and Lauren since 2019. They have treated me kindly, helped me get my teeth and gums in tip top shape, and are extremely talented in their craft. The professionalism is unmatched. The entire team is personable & helpful and I always have a great experience when I am here. Best NYC dental office by far!

I had such a great experience at this dental clinic! The doctor was incredibly informative, kind, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her patients. I really appreciated how listened to I felt when discussing my Invisalign concerns. My cleaning after my dental exam was extremely thorough as well! I also want to give a shoutout to the assistant, I believe her name was Leica. She was so kind, welcoming, and an excellent communicator. The whole team was professional, patient, and made the appointment feel stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and the office itself was very clean and organized. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience with this dental office, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. After getting veneers done in Brazil, I struggled for over two years with constant gum inflammation. I went to several different dentists trying to fix the issue, but nothing worked. It was extremely frustrating and honestly affected my confidence and overall well-being. Everything changed when I came here. Dr. Srivastava, She completely redid my veneers with so much attention to detail and care, and the results have been life-changing. My gums are finally healthy again—no more inflammation, no more discomfort. It feels like I have my smile back, but even better. I also have to highlight Lauren, the hygienist—she is absolutely the best I’ve ever had. Her cleanings are thorough, gentle, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She makes the whole experience feel comfortable and elevated. I’m so grateful to have found this team. If you’re dealing with dental issues or just want the best care possible, this is the place to go.

Great team that genuinely cares about its patients. They do an excellent job across the board, are professional, attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. You can tell they take pride in what they do and make patient care a real priority.
