The service provided is exceptional. Dr. Richardson is very thorough. The nurses are caring and accommodating. I had an infected retained wisdom tooth root tip extracted. Procedure took 5 min or less, and was not too painful. Recovery has been a breeze. They provided pain medication, which most places don’t - but honestly the surgery was so smooth I have not needed to take them. My only complaint is that this place is so booked, you will have to wait at least 3-4 months for an appointment.

Excellent staff and service. They got us in the same week I called which was really good as the initial diagnosis was concerning. Everything worked out and we so appreciated the great service.

With my first experience, I was told I needed to bring $340.00 of which my insurance didn't cover, to be paid that day. I arrived to my scheduled appointment to have teeth extractions. I was handed a bill for almost $1,000.00. I explained to the front desk that I came prepared to pay $340.00 which I was told that was needed. I couldn't afford what they were asking for. I canceled that appt. right then, because I knew I couldn't afford that. I then contacted my insurance. Short story, I changed my insurance plan which had better dental coverage. Called Oral Sugery back to reschedule an appt. For after the new coverage started. They got me rescheduled pretty quickly. My appt. was 7-21-26. I had 9 or 10 teeth extracted. I had a little problem with bleeding not too much pain until that night. I believe the extra bleeding was because I hadn't stopped taking my aspirin early enough. I had a painful episode the next day. Today 2nd day post op, I feel pretty good. Some pain and discomfort in the inner crease of my upper lip. Not too much discomfort otherwise. I had purchased a smile plate to be put in after the procedure. Not sure if that has helped with the swelling or not. I have a little swelling in my lower jaw where the 2 bottom teeth were removed. Over all, I think they did a fantastic job. I personally felt a little uncomfortable because of not being able to afford the initial cost and having to reschedule. That in itself had nothing to do with the staff or the dentist. It was my own insecurities. The nurse who inserted the IV was great! I remember going to the room, seeing the doctor cone in and it was lights out after that. I don't even remember anything until I was walking out the door to go home. I kept try to talk while my mouth was stuffed with gauze. I remember my niece laughing and saying, "I can't understand you!" I'm glad that I chose this clinic and they were willing to work with me despite the insurance difficulties. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has never been there. They are great!

Staff was great. Doctor very comforting. Only issue was unexpected charges right before surgery. Which were not necessary. Added stress. I do recommend this practice but always double check with insurance if you receive a bill.
