Bobbie did a fantastic job! She was very thorough, gentle, and informative. She even took the time to tell me about new products that can help with maintaining and keeping my teeth clean and healthy. The atmosphere is very professional, and everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares about helping you achieve the smile you want. Great job, Bobbie, and great job to the entire team! I also love Dr. there he is truly top-notch! If you’re looking for excellent dental service, I highly recommend them! 🦷😁✨

Everyone is so very nice, attentive and just overall amazing. 5 stars 🌟 is not enough. The waiting room is wonderfully clean, as are the restrooms. They even provide coloring books and crayons for the little ones. I've had multiple visits and never had to wait over 5 minutes after my appointment time. These people are amazing and extremely helpful. They treat you like a good friend, not like a meal ticket as some places do. Thank you all!!!

The pricing is very reasonable; however, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. While the staff members I encountered were polite and pleasant, the appointment scheduling process and communication were poor. I called to schedule an adjustment appointment for my blind father a realignment of newly purchased dentures and was told that an appointment was available on the day we needed. The representative informed me that the office would call me back shortly to finalize the realignment appointment. Unfortunately, no one called. After waiting two days, I contacted the office again, only to learn that the office had been closed for repairs until tomorrow and that the appointment I needed is no longer available and I now have to schedule dad for the following week. The overall experience left me feeling that there was little concern for the patient's circumstances. My father had suffered a severe fall that resulted in broken dentures, making this situation particularly urgent and stressful. Despite explaining his condition, I received the same scripted responses regarding scheduling, with no apparent effort to accommodate his needs. My impression is that the focus is on moving patients through the process rather than providing personalized care and communication. While the staff are friendly, the scheduling issues are significant. In my experience, once payment has been made, access to assistance and flexibility becomes even more limited. I was referred to this practice by someone else, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others. I will also be informing the assisted living facility that my dad resides in so they can consider this experience when making recommendations. I always tell them who I use so if there is someone with a need it may help them Before committing your time and money, I encourage prospective patients to ensure that the office can adequately accommodate their scheduling and care needs. As I mentioned, the people are pleasant, but the appointment scheduling and communication processes need substantial improvement. I will also be sharing screenshots of the text message communications to document my experience. I just took a moment to review some of the reviews, and my gosh I'm not alone. Also, now I have to worry about quality. God I should have researched this better.

What a fabulous team of kind, caring, empathetic and knowledgeable staff. I was amazed by the professional care that was given to me. Going to the dentist is not normally a pleasant experience. They offered me grace and all came together and played a big part in making it as quick and painless as possible! Mihalia in the front office was simply a joy. Smiling, happy and understanding of my work schedule, allowing me some flexibility! Dr. Kalo, Neiya, Rebecca were fantastic also!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Irani and the entire team at Affordable Dentures & Implants! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff made me feel comfortable every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly easy. Dr. Irani is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive. He took the time to explain my treatment options, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results exceeded my expectations—I have a beautiful smile again and a renewed sense of confidence. The office is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, and every staff member goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a dental team that combines expertise with such genuine care for their patients. If you’re considering dentures or dental implants, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Irani and the staff at Affordable Dentures & Implants. They truly changed my life, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. By the way they play great music! Thank you for giving me my smile back!
