If you want functional dentures go somewhere else. I paid for the most expensive set. The 1st impressions they took were tilted, when I came in for wax trial, the dentures were painful, I was told the wax is thicker than the acrylic, that the actual dentures won't take up as much space in my mouth. After 2 tryins I sighed off on the wax trial, because I was short on time and they said the actual dentures will have the changes of thickness. The day I got my dentures the tooth line goes from my bottom lip to my top instead of corner to corner, and my teeth where not centered. I let them know how unhappy I was, so they set me an appointment to restart new dentures $300 extra (not a surprise it's in the contract you sighed before they start anything) 2nd set waxtrial felt good except that I could only get 2 fingers in my mouth, explained the issue, next trial there was more space, the eye teeth were so different that I thought it was planned so I could choose which look I preferred. During the 2nd wax trial I was told they wouldn't do a 3rd wax trial for something as small as tooth placement, and when I asked about thinning the bottom denture I was told that it was as thin as it could get. If I was insisting another wax trial it would be over a full week later, then more time till my final dentures were made. I was crying when I signed off on the second set, cause I felt I was being forced to accept the dentures as is or wait another month (that they knew I didn't have). I got the final dentures they looked 100% better than the last, fit in my mouth without pain, after minor adjustments, I walked out feeling better about my smile. Then I tried to eat... with the adhesive they provided first bite of a peanut the bottom denture pops off, I try drinking through a straw denture comes free. I try super strong adhesive, it lasts about an hr. Was able to get a bites of pizza in but not much room for chewing so eating with my bottom in is next to impossible. So all said and done over $5000, and 8 visits, I still dont have functional dentures. At least the second set looks nice

I had a great experience at affordable dental in Downers Grove everyone from dr Bawany very caring, Mellisa lab, Andy Dental assistant, kemi office mgr, Denise’s front desk. All worked together, very caring, took care in fitting me for my dentures, adjusted them were they hurt. All very friendly, thoughtful, made me feel comfortable that if I had any issues on the future that it will be adjusted until I’m completely comfortable with my new Dentures. My new dentures are beautiful! Dr. Bawany is absolutely the best. On the day I got my teeth, they fit perfectly. No adjustments needed. That tells me that the impressions were spot on. So are the teeth. So pretty! In fact, my 89-year-old mother liked my new smile so much, she asked if Dr. Bawany was taking new patients. Yes! So yesterday my mom got her new teeth! Everyone there is exceptional. From Kemmy with her warm smile, to Alicia, who is most excellent, to Dr Bawany, who is so kind, empathetic, and so very talented. We could not be happier. Thank you, Team Affordable Dentures! Keep up the great work!

This office is top notch. I recently had the All-on-4 procedure, and Dr. Mariam Bawany made it an absolute breeze! No pain whatsoever afterwards. She is kind and compassionate, and really listens. The office is super organized, they send multiple reminders about appointments, which I love because I have busy schedule! I highly recommend!

This was my first time at Affordable Dentures and I was pleasantly surprised by the professional & kind staff. They had a very easy online appointment scheduler and I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. The dentist was super nice and answered all my questions. Very quick and efficient in person visit. Plenty of parking and it’s in a strip mall with clearly marked signs for the location. I appreciate everyone who helped in my care today. If all goes well, I’ll be updating my review to accommodate for my more in depth appointment for full and partial dentures.
