Compassionate Care for Dental Anxiety!
"I had a wonderful experience at the Downtown Augusta location. It was very easy to get an appointment and the wait times were short, but the care was what truly stood out.
The entire staff is helpful and kind, but I especially want to thank Skyler. I have significant dental anxiety, and she consistently goes out of her way to make sure I’m at ease. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and never once seems impatient. It’s rare to find someone so patient and dedicated to making patients feel safe. Highly recommend!"

The dental assistants & the front desk lady are 5 stars. They show empathy care and professionalism. Can’t say the same about the woman dentist there. Completely dismissed my concerns with the plate not touching the roof of my mouth on a brand new premium fit top plate. Stated she wanted to add material for it to fit.. when the base wasn’t even fitting correctly despite me voicing this concern several times during wax try ins. How would adding extra acrylic to the inside of the plate make it fit flush to the roof of my mouth? It wouldn’t, so I refused to accept that despite the dentist saying “this is a $300 fix I’m offering for free” Why would a brand new PREMIUM fit plate require that?? The most expensive option they have feels like thin cheap material that would break easily. Currently requesting a refund and highly upset I wasted time at this place. The plate I’ve had for 5 years that is a temp is 10x better quality than the permanent they tried to give me yesterday. It’s a manipulative practice, I went into it thinking I’d be able to pick shape of teeth, color of gums etc as advertised and that was not the case at all. My appointment yesterday was to pick up the new permanent set, I advised the dentist I just had a procedure on my top lip and I couldn’t have any pressure on the lip which I intentionally scheduled after my initial mold appointment to avoid and not even 5 minutes later she grabbed my top lip so aggressively and shoved a new mold in my mouth after getting irritated with me for not accepting the $1200 plate that didn’t even touch the roof of my mouth or have suction AT ALL and while doing the mold was apologizing saying “I’m sorry but this is what we have to do” I left in tears and will never return. Yesterday was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dental office.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The service was absolutely incredible and the personal care they provide is so far and above what I have ever experienced. Dr. Monroe was so extremely sweet and caring, even accepting when I explained my intense fear of dental work. She was extremely caring and obviously loves her work. My extraction was so pain free I didn't realize it had already completed! Thank you to Dr. Monroe and all the staff here! You completely changed my feelings towards how I receive my care!

I have had a top plate made at affordable dentures and they were so accommodating. They work with me to get the fit just right and are compassionate and caring people. And they are very patient to someone that might be a little in anticipating all this because I was one of those but they ease my fears.They explained everything to me in detail, they answered every question that I had. I felt at peace. I love those guys and you will too if you choose to use affordable dentures for your denture needs! The office staff.. I have to give a shout out to them, there are very kind and accommodating on trying to get the appointment that you need at the time that you need. 😁

I had a great experience. The team constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain. I was blown away at how fast they were able to complete everything.
First couple of days I really didn’t have any pain, but it has become fairly painful.
