I cannot say enough place. They are amazing. Lori (might be spelled wrong ) is the most amazing angel in that office. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I鈥檓 happy and comfortable. She is definitely a keeper.

We had a great experience at this dental office! The team was amazing鈥攆riendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They communicated clearly and took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable and informed. I especially loved how wonderful they were with my kids鈥攖hey actually enjoyed their visit and felt at ease the whole time. Now they鈥檙e excited to come back for braces, which says it all! Highly recommend this caring and welcoming team.

I had a poor experience when trying to get a replacement for my top denture. Initially, I was not informed that same-day dentures were no longer available. Living five hours away, I couldn't make multiple trips. They promised to have the new denture ready by 3 pm the next day. However, when I returned to approve the wax denture, it was thick, bright pink, and the teeth looked unnatural. Despite multiple attempts to make changes, the lab tech was rude and unprofessional. I expressed my concerns about the final denture being bulky and brightly colored, and both the assistant and dentist assured me it wouldn't be. I stayed an extra day only to be informed at 10:30 am on the second day that my denture was ready. It turned out to be exactly what I had feared - bulky with unnatural-looking teeth and bright pink gums. After a confrontation with the lab tech, I was offered a refund, but was charged a rush fee of $150 and a lab fee of $199, which were not mentioned earlier. I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Affordable Dentures had made my first denture in 2011, and I had only positive things to say about them back then.

Great service, LONGGGGGG wait. Appointment was at 11am. They took me back at around 12:30! Because of this, though, they did not charge me the office visit cost. I appreciated that.
