I went in for my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Franco. He was attentive, thorough and patient. He explained the plan of care very well and in a way that I was easily able to understand. He was also happy and open to answer any questions I had about post-operative care.
The rest of the care team was just as attentive and helpful. They called me back in a reasonable time and were kind and knowledgeable in clarifying post-operative instructions. When I called to ask questions about my symptoms after surgery, the care team was readily available and able to consult Dr. Franco. Dr. Franco promptly provided assistance and called in some medications that he prescribed for me. My experience at Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates was very pleasant and I would recommend this office to others in need of oral surgery.
Dr. Franco and his team are very competent, experienced, personable and genuinely caring about their patients. I felt comfortable placing myself in Dr. Franco's care.

There aren’t enough kind and complimentary words to express the professional, welcoming, accommodating and incredible experience we had. The entire process was seamless from the pre-op, the procedure to the billing. Our daughter was very anxious about having her wisdom teeth out and everyone put her at ease. Jo Ann engaged with us in the most calming and nurturing manner that made us relax at the pre-op and the day of the extraction. I will tell everyone I know that Dr. Franco and his staff are second to none!! Thank you so much!!

I've had several dental procedures through the years. I just had a molar removed on 5/21/2026. This has been the best experience! Minimal pain, no swelling, minimal bleeding and just has been a better experience. Dr. Franco is very personable, professional and explained everything. His surgical tech, Martin, was professional, knowledgeable and took great at the care of me. Dr. Franco and his surgical team are amazing! Dr. Franco even called later to check on me! If you need any Maxillofacial surgery, wisdom teeth pulled, etc. Alamo Maxillofacial Surgical Associates and more specifically, Dr. Franco and his team are your go to!

Dr. Franco and Martin have given me such a professional and trustworthy experience. Although the process (graft to implant) can be incredibly scary, I continue to leave feeling confident and cared for and not at all pressured. They’re both so informative and kind, as well as all the ladies in reception! I highly recommend.
