I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, until now. The entire process is professional. From Janet who greets you and keeps things flowing to the assistants who are there guiding you through each step. Dr Randol has a great team. My Hygienist is Chrissy. She does a great job helping me maintain my oral care and she excels in doing so by keeping things real. She has wonderful knowledge, a steady hand and a warm humorous personality.
Im glad a found Dr Randol and his team.

My appointment at Dr.Randol’s is always enjoyable from start to finish. Hiring practice must be selective since each person l encounter has a pleasant, welcoming and caring attitude all while being very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

I just moved to the area and wanted to find a good dentist. After looking at reviews I decided to make appointment at Dr Randol’s office. The front office is very open and inviting. I was greeted very nicely and after discussing my insurance and making an appointment (which was out a ways but seems to be typical especially for top rated dentists). I went to my appointment and to my disappointment found out my insurance was not accepted and could not change it to one that is accepted until next year. They were able to cover my first exam by referral so it worked out fine since I could wait until next year for my cleaning. I was so relieved I didn’t have to find another dentist as was the receptionist, especially after giving me such a wonderful tour. My first exam was exceptional. The assistant made me feel welcome and comfortable as did the dentist. If it wasn’t for the mistake on the insurance I would’ve definitely given 5 stars. Mistakes happen and it all worked out in the end.

I was greeted by friendly staff, given a “gift” and a tour of a very nicely done and organized office.
Additional tests to check for mouth cancer and bacteria levels were appreciated and something I had never experienced. Attention was paid to the name I prefer and was used by the staff! They care, and their attention to detail was professional and on point. My bff Joanne Gonsolin referred me and I am so glad she did. It is comforting and allows be to be confident with my dental care! Many mahalos. Cindy Anzalone

Very nice day today thanks to Dr. Randol. Called Saturday about crown coming off a tooth. Dr Randol said to call Monday AM so I could get it in and he can check it out. Got in at 8am, xrays exam, prep and re-glue crown back on with no problems in less than an hour. All personnel were very nice, professional, and treated me like I was their only patient. Dr Randol was very informative, great bedside manner.
