I had an excellent experience with Dr. Brao and his entire team. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The evaluation was thorough, and Dr. Brao took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated.
The cleaning was also outstanding—very detailed yet comfortable—and the staff made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Everyone in the office was friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
It’s clear that Dr. Brao and his team truly care about their patients and take pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and patient-focused dentist.

Appointment on time. Beautiful, clean office with friendly, professional staff. Dr Brao is extremely competent and spells out procedures to be performed. He hasn't rushed me through appointment until all questions answered for my implant procedure. Happy I've chosen him as my dentist

For the best professional care, my gratitude.
I want to highlight my gratitude with the care I have received over the years from Dr. Alexander Brao, his assistant Carolina, and the front desk Manager Becky. Their efficiency is hard to find; they are always quick to respond, flexible, and kind—displaying the level of professionalism any patient would appreciate.
I do not write reviews about doctors, as it is a very personal matter; I usually wait a reasonable amount of time or until a noteworthy situation arises before doing so—and such a situation occurred a few weeks ago.
I was referred to Dr. Alex Brao a few years ago and have had an excellent experience with his care—handling both urgent issues related to age-aggravated dental problems and routine cleanings performed by Carolina. During my last visit, Carolina noticed an abnormality; Dr. Brao evaluated it and referred me to Dr. Winokur for a biopsy.
Acting quickly when faced with certain signs helps in finding relief or a solution; Dr. Brao helped address any doubts or suspicions immediately, and this attitude alleviated the fears and anxiety that such situations provoke.
The visit, treatment, and results at the WestShore office confirmed that this was an excellent recommendation

He is an excellent clinician as is his Assistant Anna.
I also like the music that Becky curates..
