Shiva is excellent! She stood out to me because she makes dentist appointments 10x more enjoyable because she makes an effort to make conversation with you. Also in general all the staff and doctors are super nice and informative regarding your teeth.

I was a new patient and the office staff worked fast and efficiently to get me in for my tooth pain. Office did all the paperwork required for my insurance, checking my benefits. Medical assistant Shiva made me feel relaxed and calm. Dentist was amazing! So thorough and explained each step allowing me to ask any questions I may have had. I highly recommend Aliso Creek Dental! They put the patient first and your comfort is their priority.

My experience was extremely positive. The staff was thorough and informative and spoke about my future dental plans like true medical professionals. I trusted their expertise, and I did not feel sold on their care. I highly recommend this dental group, and I'm glad I found an organization for my future dental health. The layout is also very fancy, and I felt cozy in their waiting room. Also, a big shout-out to Shiva, who made my stay extra comfy.

If you are a new patient seeking an honest routine cleaning, let my first (and last) visit be a warning. I am under 40 with generally healthy teeth, yet I spent hours here being subjected to a masterclass in aggressive, high-pressure upselling. Here is the most concerning part: They mandated a Deep Cleaning without even using a periodontal probe to measure my pocket depths! They simply glanced at my X-rays and decided I needed an expensive treatment. I won't even dig into the fascinating mystery of how they manage to get insurance to approve and pay for these deep cleanings without actually performing the mandatory tests. When I firmly declined the unnecessary upsells, the assistant even amusingly offered a "two-installment plan" for the laser treatment. Let me be clear: I have top-tier insurance, and the cost was never the issue. The issue is that I am not gullible enough to be scammed into paying for unnecessary treatments based on incomplete, profit-driven diagnostics. Once they realized I wasn't going to be their "cash cow," they flat-out refused to perform the routine cleaning I originally scheduled. It is exactly like a mechanic refusing to do a standard oil change unless you agree to replace the entire transmission. If you are a young, healthy individual looking for basic maintenance, RUN AWAY. However, if you are a wealthy senior with deep pockets and a mindset to blindly accept whatever they sell you, you've found your spot. They will treat you like royalty while milking you for every penny.
