Shoutout to the front desk lady Cassie or Casey, I appreciate how helpful she was. I’m new to adulthood+everything that comes with it and she was very comforting, helped by breaking it down and guiding me through the process to made sure I was able to get seen. Love her!! Along with being seen everyone was so nice and made sure I was good! Thank you for a great experience

I had my first visit yesterday and I was so happy with my experience. There was not one staff member who was not professional, and willing to help you with you questions. The hygienist was so caring and explained every procedure she was about to do. It was easy to schedule future appointments. Dr. Friedlander was pleasant and put me at ease immediately. Hats off this dental office.

I had an awesome experience with the Lancaster office. The team of Latisha, Stephanie, Jackie, and Dr. Freelander was caring, courteous, and professional. The team moved like a well-oiled machine. The office is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend anyone seeking dental care to check them out.

Called and scheduled an appointment let the receptionist know that I didn't have insurance. She told me that was fine I could be put on a payment plan. Fast forward arrived at the appointment and that was not at all the case the need insurance or a payment upfront. Just a waste of time.
