I am very disappointed with this organization. I had to cancel my last two appointments due to me being a single mom and not having any help with childcare and when I reached back out to them to get me a scheduled appointment for a cleaning because I’m having pain in my tooth, they told me that I can only get an appointment if I called and they have one that day because I canceled my last two appointments. I don’t have the time availability to take care of myself in my own healthcare on a regular basis so when I can squeeze in a little time to take care of my health and I’m told by the organization, I’ve been going to for years that they can’t work with me it’s truly upsetting. I wish there was more organizations out there that were understanding to the busy life of single parents and that prioritize their patient’s health over two canceled appointments.

Went for my dental cleaning. Tech was very rough and careless while flossing my teeth. The same goes for the dentist. She polished my teeth very harshly. I had one cavity I had to wait for my insurance to approve it. I got the card in my mail that my insurance had approved it and "I had to call them to notify them." They then told me I had to schedule my appointment and they didn't have anything available until almost 3 weeks out. By the time I was able to get my cavity filled a month and a half has passed. By the time I was able to get it filled the cavity was significantly worse. Also when I went to get my cavity filled the tech was rude because I commented that the reason why my cavity got so bad was because by the time I waited for my insurance approved it and I was able to go in to get it fixed a very long time had elapsed. She got upset and she said it wasn't their fault. I was concerned because my cavity got so bad that they told me I might need a root canal if I start to feel pain. I asked the tech if I could schedule an appointment just in case because I didn't want to have the same issue with having to wait so long to be seen. She was very rude and told a girl who makes schedules to just schedule me. The girl who schedules then let me know that if I have any pain that they can see me the day of and no appointment was necessary but she could schedule an appointment for two weeks far out if I wanted to. There was no reason for the tech to be rude or get upset as I didn't not direct myself toward her in any rude way. I would go elsewhere for your dental needs.

I love this place. I didnt know it was here. Its kind of hidden, but its right next to the Church on Moffitt and Hatch Rd in Ceres/Modesto. They are so professional, helpful and friendly. Today is my 2nd appointment, and I have a real fear of Dr's, but they do what they can to make you feel more comfortable. I brought a light fuzzy blanket, and they gave me stress balls, and they will also hold your hand. Dr will keep asking if you "feeling ok" which is great. They also have a great calming look, feel and scent, complete with a miniature waterfall. I do know they accept MediCal/DentalCal and other insurances. Look at your MediCare Advantage, and other private dental insurance you may have. If they have, and still are, getting me over my fear of dentist, they have become number 1 in my book, and hopefully your too. Their offices are State of the art, and they got 2 cavities done in under 30 minutes, no problem, because they ease my anxiety and fear. I was shocked on my first appt they took care of a few cavities then. Most dentist won't, and will male you come back, so they can charge insurance more money, at Ascend you the patient get put first. Call them

Great office. Called for a last minute appointment on a Thursday and they were able to fill me in the next morning. Also worked with my insurance.
