As someone in the military who has been to what seems like most of the dentists in the Battle Creek/kalamazoo area, this is by far the best one I have been too. To start they have an outstanding receptionist team. Very friendly and knowledgeable with insurance. The dentists, hygienists and assistants are all wonderful! They are all patient, take their time, and explain what鈥檚 going on. I saw Kevin today and he is an expert, he had my filling done and pain free in 20 minutes. Overall a great experience, I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a dentistry that knows what they鈥檙e doing. On top of that, they also take most if not all insurance. 10/10.

Had the pleasure of meeting a very pleasant, professional young lady named Breana at their Battle Creek office. She not only answered my questions, but asked me if things I had not thought about myself. Very impressed by her. Ccongratulations to Aspen Dental on hiring her! Keep up the great work, and keep smiling Breana!

The staff at the battle creek store is outstanding. They're very thorough and very polite. Like how you alex doesn't outstanding job very personable and professional. Also, Jen, the operations manager is very, very professional and very clear.As how she explains the work that needs to be done.Thank you very much for all your help you next time.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Bree was very helpful and even offered to adjust my partial plate. Now I can eat without it lifting away. I鈥檓 so thankful.馃槉

Horrible experience all the way around. The very first time they made my daughter cry, ridiculed her about her teeth. I'm not sure why we went back the second time, to have their teeth fixed, they ruined them. We had a new dentist that day, never seen him before. He grinded my daughter's teeth down and causes her extreme pain to which we weren't even there for those teeth. Now all of a sudden that dentist no longer works there and they are not held liable or responsible for the work that he did to my child's teeth. Instead of finding a reasonable solution they hand us off to Kalamazoo Aspen which has no affiliation with Battle Creek Aspen. And still have not heard from Kalamazoo Aspen, maybe that's because they don't want to fix the damage that Battle Creek Aspen caused. Office people are of ZERO help.
Don't use Aspen even if you think you have no other choice.. you most definitely do Go to Dori dental on Morgan rd. They are nice they care and they treat you like a human. Aspen dental shouldn't even be in business with their horrible treatment of people and their mouths.
