I was not looking forward to a dental visit yet somehow the people at Aspen Dental in Bend have made the experience positive. I feel more motivated to continue my teeth health journey. They make things easy for you. The billing side feels organized, transparent, and accommodating. The dentistry side feels well staffed with good energy. The materials and tools they use are good quality. HUZZAH!

I had a dental crown fall off during Memorial Day weekend, when no one was in the office. But the dentist called me at home and told me what I could do in the meantime, which worked just fine. Early Tuesday morning, the office gave me a call and got me in that afternoon to have my crown glued back on. It turned out a second crown was also loose; so they made time that one too! Everyone was professional, explained in detail what was they needed to do, and worked fast and efficiently. My experience from start to finish was really ideal! Thanks to everyone there at Aspen Dental!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. They are kind, helpful and non judgemental! They make me feel reassured and taken care of at each visit. Adam in particular (the operation manager) is amazing at what he does!! He truly makes you feel at home in what can be a scary place for some people.

I had an infected root in a molar. Dr Reynolds did a wonderful job of removing the tooth. I was afraid and didn't know what to expect. He explained everything and made sure I felt no pain. The next day, i already felt better and it's healing without incident. I was very comfortable at Aspen Dental. I will keep going there. Thank you, Aspen Dental.

I came into aspen dental in tears. I had a toothache that made me reconsider life. I was already embarrassed because of the obvious neglect on dental exams (I hate going) so the pain mixed with shame was real. The staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself made me feel human. Made me feel like there was no judgement and pure compassion. They took X-rays and developed a plan for care and they didn鈥檛 even charge me. I鈥檓 beyond grateful. This place is the place to go 馃グ馃グ thanks aspen dental
