I was hesitant to come to Aspen for fear of it being a “chain” of dentists. I learned that this location is independently owned. That made me feel a lot better as the owner is a dentist in the office. Everyone was super helpful. Noah was great explaining things in my cleaning. Dr. Crane was excellent in going through the steps to replace 2 crowns I needed done. Michaela was excellent at the X-rays. And the explanation of the costs were clear and concise. I am super pleased I found a dentist locally that could get me in. Highly recommend this practice.

I had a dental issue two days before we were to fly to Europe for 2 weeks. We were staying in Sanford, ME visiting my son and his family. Their dentist didn’t take emergencies from non-patients. Aspen Dental in Biddeford was recommended. They offer walk in appointments, working people in the order they signed it when they could fit you in between their regular patients. I had to wait two hours, there were 4 in line before me. The reception desk was helpful, assuring me that I would get in.The dentist and his assistant were very kind and professional. Yhe dentist looked at the area in my mouth where I thought I had lost part of a filling. It turns out, part of my one and only implant had broken off, which explained why I had no pain. He told me I wouldn’t have any problems while in Europe but that I should advise my dentist in my hometown. It was a very short appointment, but I left with a big smile. If I lived in the area, I would certainly consider Aspen Dental for all my dental needs.

Very friendly staff, i am glad i started going to Aspen Dental, Angie is so nice and caring to talk with. I haven't had any work done on my teeth as of yet as we have just recently switched from another dentist but my wife is having dentures done there already. I would like to thank Makayla for her help with my wife as she is having dentures made, Makayla is very understanding and compasionate and is always smiling and very helpful in any problems with my wife adjusting to her dentures. Keep smiling Makayla, 😊 looking forward to having a lasting relationship with all of you😀 Gary Walker

Huge shout out to Makayla!!!! She is one of the BEST she was so sweet and kind to me. Explained everything to me before she did anything. I am terrified of dentists as well as terrified of hygienist, Makayla was calm and sympathetic to my feelings she got me some water to help calm me and waited until I was ready. So thank you Makayla YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!! I also have to shout out at Dr.Kane what a very sweet man kind eyes and a disarming smile he would have set me at ease if I wasn’t so friggin terrified. I would recommend him to anyone. Lastly but certainly not least is Connie Wass. Now this woman let me tell you what she’s good people she listens to you even when she doesn’t have too. She takes her time explaining the financial aspect of the process. She doesn’t rush you nor does she pressure you in making a decision right then and there, she will give you time to think and make a plan. Hey Connie, I gave you a pinky promise that I will be back, and I WILL. See yall sooner rather than later. Much love to you all

When they finalize my teeth I wasn’t comfortable but they reassure if I am not comfortable they will fix it and they did. I am happy with the work they did and thank you
