Had an emergency and they got me in the same day!. The whole staff was super friendly and my dentist Dr. Malik, was absolutely amazing. I'm so thankful for her. She walked me through everything, was kind and compassionate and understood that I was anxious. She took her time and promised she would get me out of pain- and she did! What I thought would be a terrible process, actually wasn't so bad thanks to this team! We all hate the dentist, but this team made it bearable. I will definitely be back and make this place my permanent dentist. Highly recommend, especially Dr. Malik.

Unfortunately I have to leave a one (1) star review. I'm not usually one to speak negatively but feel it is important to do so to ensure potential clients are aware of what they might be stepping into. The biggest gripes I have are the high pressure sales tactics and the amount of time spent "selling you" rather than treating you. I initially booked an appointment because we have recently switched insurance providers and needed a new primary dentist. With that being said, please be mindful that your "first appointment" may not include a cleaning when scheduling - I was fortunate that they were able to do a cleaning but the whole process took over 2 1/2 hours. Had it just been just x-rays and the cleaning it would have only taken maybe 30/45 minutes. The rest of the time was spent waiting or being sold on something. I have decent enough teeth but was recommended over $10k of uncessary dental treatment. I think it's important to for patients to ask questions about why certain things are recommended and not just blindly take a professional's advice. When we finally got around to the cleaning, the hygienist was rougher than needed to be (based on previous experiences with other dentists) and also did not floss me or give me a bag with a toothbrush (I know that it seems small but it's something I've gotten used to as a consumer). Ultimately I will not be returning nor will I be recommending people to this office (in fact I will try to steer them away from this location).

The whole staff was so friendly and all were so great at their job. Each individual I interacted with at my new patient appointment was helpful, patience, kind and great communication with all of my questions. And I was so happy that they all made me feel at ease to ask several questions too. If the option was more than 5 stars I would give as many stars that were available for sure. I will definitely be a returning patient there. Tammy Forde

In 2025 i was overcharged for treatment after presenting dual insurance coverage. After both plans paid, a refund was requested and it was partially issued. Sent additional requests that went unanswered. Today's visit presented an account credit. Still incorrect but it's a start. NEVER COMMUNICATED AND NEVER ATTEMPTED TO ISSUE A REFUND. That took over a year and remains unresolved. Hygienist was late and advised the dentist that she had to remove a lot of buildup around my teeth. This was a lie!!! Especially after she'd told me that if all of her patients' dental hygiene was like mine, her job would be boring, as she praised me for a job well done. She spent less than 10.mins cleaning my teeth. I brush a minimum of 2x per day and floss after each meal and snack, as well as using an IO OralB toothbrush. Minimal build-up!!!! This prompted the Dentist to try to sell me additional services that I immediately declined. I know businesses are suffering, but I dont want to go to the dentist to be pitched sales. Not a good look. Never experienced this here before. If I go back I will make sure hygienist Mindy is working. I will only see her at this location in Buford going forward.

I’m not happy with the consultation with the dentist at this location. I apologize if misspelled her name, but it sounds like she said Malik. She didn’t give me the service or helpful options the money my insurance carrier paid for. Which was an X-ray. I have a dentures that needs serviced until could afford to purchase new ones. She was short and didn’t ask how can she help me. She made feel like she was a money grab. Didn’t read my chart to know I had been served by this location for several years. Part of her consultation was behind my back where I could not see her face. I do not want my insurance carrier to be billed for that unsatisfactory experience.
