The front office staff was amazing. And the young lady who took my X-rays was very polite and caring. The doctor who did the dental work for me was great and very attentive. The dental hygienist was very detailed in explaining the results for my gums. I was a little taken back by their pricing but I believe that’s to be expected with it being a big practice. Only giving 4 stars due to the doctor who explained all the work I was needing was very fast trying to explain it and seemed in a hurry. I’d like to continue to use this practice since we recently moved to the area and needing a local dental practice, but concerned with their pricing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Herring and her entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is warm and professional, and every staff member goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Dr. Herring is truly exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort made a huge difference, especially during procedures that can normally feel overwhelming.
A special thank you to the office manager, Mallory, who went above and beyond to help me navigate all of my treatment options, including extractions, implants, and long-term restorative solutions. She patiently walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood both the clinical and financial aspects of my care. Mallory also helped explore financing options, which made the entire process much less stressful and truly manageable.
The staff is equally amazing — friendly, professional, and extremely attentive. From scheduling to follow-ups, everything was smooth, organized, and handled with care. You can tell this office genuinely values their patients and works as a team to provide the best possible experience.
If you’re looking for a dental office that combines top-tier clinical care with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Dr. Herring and her team. This office sets the standard for what patient-centered dentistry should look like, and I am so grateful to have found them!

Went today as a new patient for my cracked wisdom. I have severe anxiety with dentist and from the moment I stepped in for my exam I was treated with such care and patience from when I was getting overwhelmed. The xray tech was very patient and gentle with me. The hygienist was beyond gentle and a ray of sunshine. I was very over whelmed with emotions during my exam and they were so compassionate and understanding for me. My tooth ended up actually falling out in exam which made me very emotional but Dr. Herring was a godsend, her compassion and understanding for me when I was overwhelmed and explaining everything was so refreshing and calming. She went above for bedside manner and compassion and I was beyond greatful. Even down to the billing, the manager (I wish I could remember her name) was so beyond helpful to explain what I needed and walking me through what I needed for treatment. Will for sure be bringing my husband in as a new patient as well! 10/10 recommendations for this location and staff !

Been over a year a tooth on each set has fallen out this is the second set. I took bottom plate back the lady brought me something to put my teeth in and I had to take it wash it out had trash in it they fixed the tooth but mest the plate up can't wear them looks like they've been carved on.13000 I got payed off got two sets of teeth I can't wear.place shouldn't be open.

I had a positive experience with Aspen Dental. The whole staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The front desk was organized and made the check-in process smooth.The dentist and hygienist were professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing during my visit. The lady provided a detailed treatment plan upfront, so I knew what to expect in terms of both procedures and cost.
