I want to say first and foremost I try recommending people here all of the time. I first switched over to them a few years ago after being tired of my previous dentist over charging for half jobs. In comparison, Aspen has always worked with me with offering services I needed within my budget and if I needed any help they were VERY informative on any additional payment plans.
Nicole and Dr. Jackie are the absolute BEST! They're super professional- for anyone nervous about getting a cleaning I've NEVER had a problem with pain, and I'm not expecting to sit in an office forever full of anxiety. They're so sweet as well! I've never been suggested into a service I didn't think I needed. Even when I wanted some cosmetic work done, they assisted me with a reasonable care plan and information for when I wanted to go to the next step, but they were so affirming that I am more than okay with my crooked smile. 馃榿
I use the word "family" very loosely when it comes to company relations, but everyone here at Aspen- especially the women I mentioned before- are amazing at what they do. INCLUDING making you feel at home or at the comfort of family. I truly believe no one would have any regrets coming down to the crestwood office. 馃挅

The staff was absolutely magnificent. Dr. Jackie and Nicole and also the girl who did my X-rays. Very friendly, informative, & straight up. Not going to lie I didn't like the cost for the work I need done but I understand everything costs. Overall, it was a very good visit.

Extremely happy with all staff from receptionist and the person who did the X-rays and with the doctor and financial advisor. My consultation was explained very well with my situation. And was advised to seek other advice and wasn鈥檛 forced to commit with them. I was very comfortable and happy with everything that I鈥檓 moving forward with the process that I need. I strongly recommend Aspen Dental in Crestwood IL.

Five stars is not enough for this incredible team! From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Imani at the front desk made check-in a total breeze with her warm, welcoming energy and efficient handling of my paperwork. SHE HAS GREAT ENERGY! HER SMILE IS WELCOMING! Once I was called back, Isaac was amazing. He kept me completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt relaxed before anything even started.Issac was incredibly thorough. His attention to detail and gentle touch made it the most painless dental experience I have ever had.To top it all off, Nicole,Toya and Dr. N provided continued outstanding care with a wonderful bedside manner, answering all of my questions and making sure I was happy with my results.The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork here are unmatched. If you are looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients, look no further than this phenomenal group. I actually look forward to my next visit!

Absolutley dissappointed with this location beyond words. Came to this location to get restoration and costemtic work done. I elected to have 6 crowns done, which cost $7,787.00 exactly. They also qouted me for 3 cavities $1,026.00. They are so quick to run you through every lender they work with. I went in for my appointment, and they did the crown prep and when they put the temps in, they were crooked leaving me look WORSE THEN WHAT I WALKED IN WITH! I was so ashamed I had to wear a mask to hide my mouth. They told me that my crowns would be in the office in a week. SUPRISE! They were not. I was rescheduled 3 times! Only to find out from a receptionist they were coming from CHINA! I was horrified. After the crowns finally came in they did my work and rechecked my teeth and told me the I needed 3 fillings, I agreed to have the work done. Dr. Jackie's told me when I asked how long the appointment would take was "not long, DRILL AND FILL!" So I get to my appointment, and another dentist, DR Kelsey, walks in looks at my mouth and tells me magically all of a sudden I need 3 Root Canals and another crown. Are you serious? Tryin to upsell me AGAIN when I am I already in the chair being numbed! I feel like this only happened beause they know exactly what I was approved for. I was so disgusted, told them I wanted my money back, which they refunded me, and left to NEVER RETURN nor recommend them to anyone. No only did they lose a customer, but they lost them to pure greed. The office staff are friendly is about the only positive thing I can say, and Dr. Jackie is nice, but not willing to go above and beyond for the paitents under her care. Dentistry as a whole should be more regulated in this country because if you are not careful, they will take full advantage of you. I went somewhere else right after and was told it was just cavities. So long story short, STAY AWAY.
