I had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental from start to finish! Every single staff member I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it really made a difference. A huge shoutout to Dr. Melina—she was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She made me feel at ease and confident in my treatment. I’d also like to recognize Dr. Khang, who was equally knowledgeable, outgoing, and a pleasure to work with. It’s clear this team is passionate about providing excellent patient care. Between the amazing staff, outstanding doctors, and top-notch customer service, Aspen Dental has absolutely earned my trust. This is officially my primary dentist, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care!

From the very first call through my evaluation, the staff at Aspen Dental have been kind, reassuring and not the slightest bit judgmental. I need a lot of work done and Dr. Kang and his staff were patient and very thoroughly explained each step in the procedures I need. I definitely recommend Dr Kang and his awesome staff at Aspen Dental in Denton! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I have never walked into a dental office and been greeted with so much warmth and genuine care. From the moment I said “Hello, good morning,” I felt like they truly wanted to help me. The front office staff were very kind and understanding. The nurse who took my X-rays was extremely sweet, which made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor carefully looked at my implants and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He gave me different options and walked me through each one—something I’ve never experienced before, and it definitely stood out as a big plus. I also really appreciated how the financial side was explained. Everything was broken down clearly, and the staff member was patient, understanding, and never once tried to pressure me into anything. It truly meant a lot to see that there are still good people out there who genuinely care and want to help. That kind of experience does your heart good. If you’re looking for a new dental office where you’ll be treated with honesty, compassion, and real understanding, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Denton.

I normally only leave reviews when I truly feel a team has gone above and beyond, and this office absolutely did. I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to dental visits, and everyone here made me feel calm, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Whitney, the office manager handled my consult and made the entire process feel welcoming, smooth, and stress free. She was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions and considered my financial situation Melina did my cleaning with Layla assisting, and they were both incredible. Melina is extremely knowledgeable and walked me step by step through everything she was doing and what to expect. She also educated me on proper brushing and flossing techniques, something no dentist or hygienist has ever taken the time to explain to me in my 33 years. Dr. Kang is honestly one of the most genuine dentists I’ve ever met. You can tell he truly has your best interest at heart. Other offices can make you feel like treatment is only about the money or insurance, but not here. I had areas where cavities were starting to develop and instead of immediately pushing for fillings like my previous dentist would have, he offered a conservative option with Curodont to help treat them early. He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your treatment and why. This office is ethical, patient centered, and focused on education and prevention. I’m so grateful to have found a team that actually cares. Highly recommend!

The entire team was amazing! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of a bad experience at my previous dentist, and I was really superrr nervous ended up needing a couple of extractions. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and it ended up being the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was pleasantly surprised that I had no swelling or pain that same night. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!
