I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Georgetown! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I chipped my front tooth, and they were able to repair it the very same day, which I really appreciated.
The dentist did an amazing job—the repair looks completely natural, and you can’t even tell it was chipped. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and painless.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients and provides outstanding service, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Georgetown. Thank you to the entire team for such a flawless experience!

Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with. The x-rays and scans were neat to have done as far as technology goes. Dr. Shah was great to work with and took care of my chipped filling very quickly, the dental hygienist, office manager and everyone I dealt with were great. I’ve definitely found my new dentist.

I had a very disappointing experience at Aspen Dental. I scheduled what I thought would be a routine checkup and teeth cleaning. When I arrived, I was told I was considered a new patient, even though I have been seen at this office before and have proof of my previous visit. They claimed they didn’t have my records, which was frustrating.
Because they considered me a new patient, they refused to do a routine cleaning until I met with the dentist and discussed a “plan of care.” I wasn’t there for an extensive treatment plan, I simply wanted a checkup and cleaning. I’ve never been to a dental office that wouldn’t perform a routine cleaning, even if it was considered a new patient visit.
To make matters worse, after I’d already been waiting for about an hour, the office manager informed me that the dentist was in surgery and it would likely be another hour before I could be seen. At that point, it felt like my time wasn’t being respected.
Overall, the experience left me feeling like the process was more focused on generating additional appointments and costs than providing the routine care I had scheduled. Between the lack of records, the refusal to perform a basic cleaning, and the excessive wait time, it was an extremely frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

If I could give Aspen Dental in Georgetown 10 stars, I absolutely would.
For years, I put off dental care because of the cost, embarrassment, and fear. By the time I finally walked through their doors, I was in tremendous pain and feeling overwhelmed. What I found at Aspen Dental was so much more than a dental office—I found compassion, kindness, and a team of people who genuinely cared about me as a person.
From the moment I walked through the door, Fayth, Andrea, and Melinda at the front desk made me feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable. Their kindness, patience, and reassuring attitudes immediately put me at ease during a very difficult time. They were always willing to answer questions, explain processes, and greet me with warm smiles that made a stressful situation feel manageable.
Every person I encountered treated me with dignity and respect, but I have to give a special thank you to Jackie, my dental assistant. She was compassionate, gentle, and incredibly supportive throughout my appointments. Her calming presence helped ease my anxiety, and she made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
A very special thank you to Dr. P. His bedside manner is truly exceptional. He took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. His warm smile, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference. Not once did I feel judged for years of uncared-for dental issues. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and cared for.
One of the biggest blessings was learning about the payment options available. Everyone knows how expensive dental care can be, and for many of us, that fear alone keeps us from seeking treatment. The team worked with me to find solutions that fit my situation, making it possible for me to finally get the care I desperately needed.
Aspen Dental in Georgetown restored more than my smile—they restored my confidence, my sense of self-worth, and my hope. They created a safe, trusted environment where I felt supported from the front office to the treatment chair. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown by Fayth, Andrea, Melinda, Jackie, Dr. P, and the entire team will never be forgotten.
If you have been putting off dental care because of pain, fear, embarrassment, or financial concerns, please know that there are people here who truly care. Aspen Dental in Georgetown changed my life, and I am forever grateful for the exceptional care and kindness they showed me when I needed it most.
From the bottom of my heart… THANK YOU!
