Your staff was excellent. While I’d missed messages from the office which precluded anesthesia, they rapidly adjusted, managed discomfort from surgery exceptionally well, explained what was happening throughout, and calmed my nerves about dental surgery professionally. Safety was their main concern as was my care. I would highly recommend Aspen and the team at their Grand Forks offices.

I'm an autistic adult with sensory issues related to my mouth and teeth. Dr. Joy and Silke took amazing care of me. Put me at ease, took their time with needles, and provided an experience that completely put me at ease. Thank you to both of them! Follow up edit: after writing this review I met with Alyssa, who helped me through the financial part of things. I require extensive work above and beyond what my insurance will cover. Alyssa helped me get financing secured so I could move forward with the work that needed to be done. Are they cheap? No. But they're reasonable and and they'll work with you. Great experience. Thank you too all the staff at Grand Forks Aspen Dental. I have severe anxiety about shots in my mouth but Dr. Joy and the girls helped me to be relaxed. Odessa is the sunshine that makes my visits brighter. I'd also like to give a shout out to Allison for always being so very helpful and encouraging. I've never had a bad visit at this location. I've come to think of them as friends. Thank you again for everything ladies.

Had a filling done, very pleasant experience. Received a warm greeting upon entering the facility. Went in the treatment room a little ahead of scheduled time. The doctor and staff had equipment ready to go. Took about 30 minutes, very relaxed atmosphere. procedure was pain free. Very happy with the treatment received, I would recommend Apsen Dental to people looking for excellent Dental Treatment.

People are great. Processes need a lot of help. When someone shows up to an appointment be sure to call them in under 15 minutes. Also, get rid of the automated phone system. I should not be hung up on after a minute of waiting. I get to choose to hang up or wait. When I called back to talk to a person, they hung up on me! Guess Aspen Dental needs to check on their call center people and get rid of the people that don't want to take calls. I can't stand when people don't like their job and keep working there like its going to get better. Do your job or leave.
