The staff at Aspen Dental were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I didn't know what to expect because of my complicated case. Colin was diligent with helping me make decisions that worked best for my situation. I was also impressed with how kind everyine was. The young lady, Riley took my impressions and was thoughtful, engaging and passionate about her job. Sammie was also instrumental in making my experience pleasant. He was comforting and funny. If I could give less I would. The people I met were great and nice except for Haley who was the person I consulted with. She treated me horrible and basically like I insulted her by saying I couldn't afford to pay go the treatment plan they mapped out. It was first $1085 out of pocket and then when I followed up it became over $1300. They have you send the referral paperwork and still have to get the imaging from them. Now I go to a different dentist a week later and get treated like a person and the same treatment is only $150. How do you charge $90 a tooth regardless of the level of millimeter gap? I had to go in there to get my records released and guess who was the receptionist but Haley who smirked at me like yea i knew you would be back. I asked for my release forms and got my documents handed to me so I can now see the itemized bill. Ridiculous the pricing and also I was able to get a referral for the other issue by the new dentist I saw and its across the street and they setup the appointment instead of me having to drive 30mins to another town to get the alleged specialist I needed but actually didn't. I will never recommend Aspen dental to anyone but worn to stay away. Come to find out several people had the same experience. Corporations need to learn that quick money will not get you repeat customers. We will go to other places were we get treated like a person and not a dollar sign.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental. Everyone was friendly and explained each step thoroughly. I have never had such a complete exam with such modern equipment. My teeth felt so clean when I left, that I actually look forward to my next 6 Mo appt.

Dr. Deitz has been absolutely amazing! She has pulled two of my teeth, and I wouldn鈥檛 recommend anyone else! She has always walked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, and has been so patient and caring throughout the whole process. If you鈥檙e looking for a dentist you can trust, I definitely recommend Dr. Deitz! 鉂わ笍馃Ψ

I usually dread going to the dentist, but this Aspen Dental location completely changed my mind. The entire staff is great, but a special shoutout to Hailey at the front desk. She was so professional and attentive. Especially when I asked about finances and insurance coverages. I鈥檓 single myself, but I couldn鈥檛 help but notice she wears a wedding ring. Whoever that mystery man is, he is incredibly lucky and honestly, probably a fantastic guy. 10/10 service.
