I went to Aspen Dental at 10 o’clock for a walk-in appointment, and they took me in right away. They performed an x-ray, and even though I was in pain, it wasn’t too bad. They quickly explained the costs, and my insurance covered 90% of it. I only had to pay for the initial walk-in visit and my co-pay. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and the prices were reasonable. I was impressed by how fast they were; they could take care of you while you’re in pain and have you in and out quickly. I had to return at 4 PM to get two wisdom teeth pulled, and it only took from 4 to 4:42 PM. That’s amazing! Dr. Blrumi was fantastic. She is an amazing dentist who can make you feel comfortable even when you’re about to be in a lot of pain. She had me in and out quickly and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for the relief of the pain I had today. Thank you, Aspen Dental, and Dr. Blrumi.

I had an excellent experience with Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dental visits can be stressful, but they immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
The team took the time to thoroughly explain my dental issues and walked me through my treatment plan step by step, making sure I understood all of my options. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they answered all of my questions with patience and compassion.
One thing that really stood out was how affordable they made everything. They worked with me to find a treatment plan that fit my budget while still addressing my dental needs.
If you're looking for a dental office with a knowledgeable, compassionate staff that truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Kalamazoo. I'm so grateful for the care I received and feel confident moving forward with my treatment plan.

I came to Aspen Dental as a walk-in while visiting from out of state after developing severe pain from a broken tooth. I wasn't an established patient and didn't have an appointment, but the staff was extremely professional, courteous, and understanding of the situation.
They were able to get me seen, figure out exactly what was causing the pain, and ultimately remove the broken tooth. The entire process was handled professionally, and they got me taken care of and on my way without making an already stressful situation more difficult than it needed to be.
I really appreciate how I was treated, especially considering I was an out-of-state walk-in needing unexpected emergency dental care. Great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend this location.

I am so grateful to Dr. Bhumi and Taylor. I had a tooth extracted and Taylor was so sweet. She calmed my nerves and was incredibly reassuring. Dr. Bhumi is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out in under an hour.
I definitely recommend this location. 🤍

The Dr. is very friendly and patient. She makes sure you are comfortable as possible and is very nice. The technician that assisted was very informative and friendly. I enjoy going to the dentist.
At the completion of my dentures being completed. Dr. Bhumi was very friendly and she made sure the dentures were well fitted and I was happy with them. Taylor the dental assistant was awesome. Very friendly and made sure I was comfortable during the appointment. After putting the dentures in they were totally comfortable. No adjustments needed. They are awesome. I would suggest this office to friends and family.
