Upon arrival, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. The hygienist assistance was very polite and knowledgeable The dentist was very polite answered all the questions I needed. Didn’t hesitate to tell me what was my best . Upon leaving went to the finance office she And he was very polite answer all my questions made sure I understood everything before I leave. Just had a wonderful time. I would Recommend them to my family and friends

From counter to chair, everyone I met was friendly, sweet, and, of course, informative. Here's a non-sequential breakdown of my experiences: It's not a stretch to say that my new crown feels better than the original tooth. I finally have a nightguard that I don't spit out in my sleep. The dental hygienist helped my mouth feel comfortable again, I'm not sure how else to describe that. Plus, they checked in with me throughout my appointments to make sure that I was ok to continue. When the gagging became too much (that's me, not them) during my first x-rays, we pivoted. It helped my body relax. When we returned, we only had to do the trouble area and it went quickly. They also have someone to help you with financing. The annual subscription covered my cleanings, xrays, and gave me a discount on everything else. I feel safe at this location and know that I've found my dentist. If you're at all anxious about going to the dentist, I highly recommend a visit. Sometimes you don't need laughing gas. Sometimes you need a group of people with a light touch that help you feel safe. Thanks, Dr. Tyler and team! P.s. if you're a tech nerd, they have a handheld scanner that takes a 3d scan of your mouth. It's pretty cool.

I have to say I expected a “hard” up sale and that didn’t happen at all! The providers, and Dave (front office), were truly focused on helping me. They quickly identified that I needed a very specific doctor (unaffiliated to Aspen) and went to work on finding providers at UNC for treatment options and pain management, as I have an extremely unique medical condition. Thank you Dr. Tyler for being thorough and recognizing quickly that I needed a very specialized provider. Walked away with only one recommendation - an overdue (3 years overdue) routine cleaning, that was actually provided the very next day. Thank You Dave for the quick turnaround on the cleaning appointment and the referrals for the specialist. That effort was above and beyond, especially considering those doctors are difficult to locate and 100% unaffiliated with Aspen. I didn’t expect their focus being 100% on my health vs. pushing potentially unnecessary procedures. Also - Dave compassionately worked with me, making sure that the routine cleaning was affordable, since I am currently self pay. Surprised in the best possible way.

They had an opening online for 8am when I checked at 6:30am after not sleeping all night from horrible tooth pain. It was easy to set up the appointment. The entire staff was super nice. I was overwhelmed from pain, lack of sleep, and the news of my horrible teeth (I knew it was bad already) and cried 4 times. An absolutely beautiful village of women made me feel comfortable and not like a crybaby. I could not be more grateful for the grace they showed me when I was struggling and I wish more places understood how important this is. Not just for business but for humanity in general. It made what was very intimidating for me feel comfortable. The tooth extraction was painless.

My experience with Aspen was very positive and encouraging. Although I had a surprising outcome, they were always reassuring, gave me good advice, and wanted the best for me. All treated me with respect, courtesy, and kindness. I would recommend Aspen Dental. They truly represent who they are.
