Had my first visit with Aspen Dental and it went very well. The entire staff was great! From the the time I walked in until I left, I felt like I was in good hands. The initial screening exposed everything that needs to be done to get me a better smile. I'm confident that I will be taken care of in the best way possible. I'm glad I chose Aspen Dental and recommend anyone looking to fix their smile.

I had an unsatisfying experience at Aspen dental! Initially I went in for a crown, 2 fillings and a deep cleaning for a total of almost $2000, for my first appointment I had gotten the 2 fillings and crown prep complete, I was told on the day of payment by the operations manger Ms. Cristina that I was to get the full deep cleaning that day as well, by the time the crown prep and filings were complete they sent me to the person in charge of the deep cleaning , in which she only did half of my mouth and mentioned something about my insurance(mind you the services were already paid for !) then she proceeded to tell me she was going to complete the other half of my mouth of the deep cleaning the day of the crown delivery because according to her “I had already gotten too much work done in my mouth that day” mind you I was told my the operations manger the full service would be completed on that first appointment . Fine! Well crown delivery day comes ( 2nd appointment) and I mention to them how I am suppose to get the other half of my deep cleaning done and they come with that the full mouth deep cleaning was complete the first appointment I had which was total BS coming that more than half of the payment ( almost $1,400) went towards the deep cleaning. I stood there going back and forth with the operations manager who spoke with the employee that did half the deep cleaning in which still proceeded to confirm with an attitude that she did complete the full deep cleaning the first day! LIES, if only they had cameras in the rooms for reasons like this !!! Anyways finally they agreed to finish the services I had already freaking paid for at another time !(3rd visit) That’s is truly highly inconvenient and unprofessional on their end , that they don’t either keep full record of the work being done or they lie on their paperwork just to get the $ out of people and not perform what the customer has paid for ! Now I have to go to a 3rd appointment to complete a procedure i paid for that was suppose to be done in 2 visits , as they were not able to attend me the day of my crown delivery because the lady who assisted me with the half deep cleaning was “ apparently leaving” highly unsatisfied and feel as though they were trying to scam me out of my $!

Staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor and hygienist explained everything, were through and took care of my needs. While my dental coverage didn’t cover everything, flexible options were discussed and my treatment plan is in place. It was a great visit

The entire team is wonderful. My first time here and I was stressed when I walked in but everyone handled me with great care. I walked out feeling no stress and Cristine along with Kendal was so calm and professional. I highly recommend them

I had a really great experience today with Dr. Sungpil Yoon and his assistant. I went in for a tooth extraction and was honestly a bit nervous, but they immediately put me at ease. They were both very professional, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth—I could barely feel the extraction at all. Everything was handled with such care and precision that it made a big difference in my overall experience. I truly appreciate their level of professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Yoon and his team to anyone looking for quality dental care.
