I had a wonderful experience at this dental office from start to finish. During my check-up, Dr. Athis was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to explain her findings clearly and made sure I understood my dental health and any recommended next steps. I appreciated how attentive and patient she was throughout the appointment.
Alicia, the hygienist, was fantastic. She was friendly, gentle, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience much more enjoyable than a typical dental appointment.
After my check-up, I met with Janessa to discuss my treatment options. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in walking me through the recommendations and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to answer my questions, discuss the available options, and ensure I felt confident about moving forward with my treatment plan.
The entire team was welcoming, professional, and focused on providing excellent patient care. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that truly puts patients first. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with all involved was a sense of comfort. Nya, was fantastic. Summary was very helpful and explained every detail. Dr. Athos, was very helpful with explaining every detail about teeth and the treatment I needed! Micah, was fantastic, explained what to expect during the x-rays. I was so comfortable with him, had set the pace for ease. I always have anxiety when coming to the dentist. Thanks, Aspen for great care.

The staff was very nice and very friendly helped me with everything to make my dental visit very welcoming!! Asked questions and they did not hesitate to answer all my questions for all my concerns!! I especially like to thank Dr. Athis, Alicia,Charlie and Mickey I would not have made it through my visit without them!! I give them 10/10 awesome will visit again for all my dental needs! I can’t forget the front desk that’s the first impression and Dayana set the atmosphere of my visit with her warm and welcoming smile and simple hello how can I help you customer service is everything!!

Do not go to aspen! They have done my 81 year old mother so wrong it is terrible! She paid 4k for dentures. They do not fit correctly, they will not adjust them, she is losing weight because she is unable to eat; they sit incorrectly in her mouth, making her look deformed! They prey on the elderly. Do NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL MACON GEORGIA. 0 ZERO 🌟 was not an option. Cannot add photos because she refuses to take any

I was a little frustrated at first. I was sent an email to do my history before my appt. When I got there I had to do the same thing over again. Then they ask me if I had a referral. It had been sent about a month or more before my appt. They said they couldn't find where one had been sent. I guess they finally found it. The assistant that came in the room was very nice, Dr. Cole was great in explaining everything. The young lady that checked me out was absolutely great. Overall, I will rated as been a good visit. Thanks
