My experience was good, but what made the visit even better was Katrina Lightbourn! She took her time and went over the financing and ensured that I left satisfied. When dealing with customers in that position, it’s VERY important. She kept a smile, didn’t let me get discouraged and most importantly, she took her time. Thank you Katrina, you rock! I hope your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I was very happy with my visit today. Everyone was so nice and the doctor took his time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions and gave me tons of information on what I needed done wanted done and all the options available. He was Excellent and calmed me fears. I am certainly going to use them. Thank you to him and the entire staff

I came here as an emergency patient while on vacation because of pain and irritation in a lower molar. I explicitly told them multiple times that I do not live in West Palm Beach and just needed immediate, temporary relief. Instead, the entire visit felt like a gimmicky, high-pressure sales pitch read straight from a slide presentation.
The receptionist was very nice, but that is the only positive. They took far more X-rays than necessary, and the hygienist seemed entirely motivated by dollar signs—she "recommended" an expensive deep cleaning without even looking inside my mouth first. I brush twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash daily; it was a blatant cash grab.
Then came the dentist, Dr. H. Rodriguez. He mansplained exactly what a root canal was to me (someone who has unfortunately had several). He then confidently claimed my current dentist did a "horrible job" on a previous root canal—little did he know, that work wasn't done by a family dentist, but by a board-certified endodontist. To top it off, as soon as I returned home, I saw my actual family dentist who confirmed that Dr. Rodriguez completely ill-advised me and I didn't even need a root canal.
The only useful thing he did was write prescriptions for an antibiotic and pain medication, but even that was botched. When I got to the pharmacy, the office hadn't sent them over. I had to call them back and wait an extra hour, which delayed my family's vacation plans.
They are aggressive with sales, dismissive of patient context, and wrong on their diagnostics. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Aspen Dental at 3333 Northlake Blvd in North Palm Beach absolutely saved my whole weekend ahead. I have an upper denture that I dropped last night on tile floor and shattered a front tooth. I have to go to a wedding Saturday! I looked just awful. I contacted them Friday morning not knowing what to expect. They got me in within an hour and by 12:30 pm my denture was repaired beautifully. I had cried and cried wondering what was I going to do and Aspen Dental came through. One million plus thanks to that team. I was completely blown away by their care and concern.
