I had a fantastic experience at this Aspen Dental location. They were so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. The hygienists Jess and Jamie were phenomenal. I have a little bit of a phobia of dentists and get really anxious, but they were both so gentle and took the time to explain every step of my treatment. I'm so thankful to everyone at this office.

I was extremely pleased with the time that the dentist took with me and repairing my dentures, at no cost, even though I had not purchased them with their company. Everyone was very friendly, outgoing and understanding. I was prepared to have to purchase new dentures, and was pleasantly surprised at only being charged for the initial visit. No charge whatsoever on the dentures that I brought into them. I would not hesitate to go to them again, or refer anyone to them. Thank you so much to the entire staff in Mason City Iowa.

I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to Alin she was incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for friendly staff and quality care!

From the initial interaction with staff upon arriving, to the young lady that did my intake and X-Rays, then seeing Dr Trent was a very positive experience. I have some pretty extensive dental issues that will require ongoing treatment. I was made to feel comfortable in a non-judgemental environment. I left with a plan and feeling hopeful. Referral was made and scheduled quickly and I will visit Dr Trent again next week.
