Absolutely recommend aspen to anyone looking for a brand new smile! I went in for my first consolation the office staff were all very helpful especially lisanna! They listened to my needs and concerns! They worked me up a plan and explained everything to me so id understand! Went in last Thursday and had a full mouth extraction! My dental assistant Trista was AMAZING she was a rock star at keeping me calm and making sure I was comfortable with everything they did! And dr rangitsch was quick and painless removing all my teeth! And my dentures were made to fit me absolutely perfectly! Thanks guys for an awesome experience! You have helped me regain my confidence with ny beautiful smile!

Nice, doctor Rangitsch performed my extraction really fast, less than 30 seconds
Took 15 minutes for the numbing to take effect, but the procedure was extremely quick.
The cost was still acceptable for extraction.
The only downside is really hard to get an appointment here since they are always a line here .

If I could give a zero star I would. I am worse off now than when I walked through the door. The temporary full bottom denture and partial upper never fit comfortably. I went back several times and nothing worked. I even let them know I have a slimy feeling in my mouth now and the dentist would just say everything looks good and never offered a solution. They wanted me to try the permanent set to see if they would be better. I was told I have a 90 day warranty. They were just as bad as the temporary. They even got the color wrong on the partial and after checking the order and seeing they were made wrong instead of offering to make them right the girl laughed and told me to go home and drink lots of coffee. I received the set April 2 and July 2 I asked for the warranty refund. I was told it had been 91 days so I was out of the warranty period. I will never recommend this place and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and attorney General.

Trista is an angel!! The entire staff is wonderful & so friendly! Trista has been with me for my whole experience at Aspen Dental!! They made is so easy & comfortable from day 1! If I had to do it all over again I would choose Aspen Dental at Poplar Bluff! Thank you Trista!! I couldn't have done it without you! 馃グ

Dr. Lee was so explanatory through the procedure with everything he did. He made sure I was comfortable and that all questions were answered. Him with Audrey made me at ease. The next day I went back and seen Dr.Lou and Trista both were as great as the last visit and I'm excited to get back for my cleaning!
