I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental during my Motto Aligners appointment! Dr. Li, Mercy, and Mayra were all fantastic. Mercy and Mayra made the scanning process and photos for my aligners quick, easy, and comfortable while keeping the appointment fun and stress-free.
Dr. Li was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain how the Motto Clear Aligners work, what I should expect throughout treatment, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident and excited to start my smile journey.
The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood every step of the process. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Puyallup to anyone considering clear aligners!

Had a 5-star experience at Aspen Dental driven by a friendly, welcoming staff and a great overall atmosphere. Both the doctor and dental assistants and front office staff took the time to listen, address every concern, and thoroughly explain treatment options step-by-step. The clear communication and genuine patient care created a reassuring experience.

Absolutely wonderful! They talked me through a payment plan. Even though I understand that I'm very much struggling financially, they made sure that I could get it taken care of. They're working with me to make sure I understand my plan really well over all these people are taking really good care of me and I highly recommend them

I was amazed at how easy it was to make a first appt. I made it online late on a friday and was in at my appt. The following monday! Unbelievable!! Things just kept getting better, had top notch equipment for an initial visit, very professional, knowledgable, and personable crew. Dr. Lee was clear straight to the point and answered questions, explained the whole procedure and timeline. Then the finnancial dept. found insurance, discounts and even 0% finnancing if i choose to do that! Was a great experiance, and am looking forward to my new smile!
