Miles was so great at the desk, and Dr. Oakes was very welcoming, making me feel at ease with something so overwhelming for me! Ana was awesome. Super speedy girl. These guys at SoPo are 10/10 and Miles needs his own office! So so friendly and really helped me to understand the costs of everything. Keep rocking 😎 🦷

I had such an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcomed it honestly felt like home. The whole team is full of such kind and beautiful people, and they truly care about their patients.Because of them, I can finally smile with confidence again and I’m so grateful. And I have to say… the young man at the front desk was especially great (and very handsome too haha). Thank you Aspen Dental for giving me my smile back!

Traveling 3 states away from my home and primary dentist I had the unfortunate experience of breaking a tooth that was very sharp and cutting the inside of my cheek on a Saturday. Monday morning I was able to secure a visit to assess the situation with Dr. Laura Oaks at your office in South Portland office on Maine Mall road. By that afternoon they had repaired the tooth, fitted and placed a perfectly fitting temporary crown that seemed better than my original tooth, first try out in less than 90 minutes. I also had informed her of problems with numbing I’d had in the past, she handled that with the best experience I’ve ever had. I left having had no pain during the procedure without having 12 hours mouth and face paralysis. I was able to go back to work and continue right away with my presentations. The professionalism and demeanor of everyone involved was just fantastic. From the front desk helping and finding my dental insurance, that I had only partial information on, to the techs that handled my X-rays before seeing the Dr was an amazing experience. I was informed that it would be two weeks for the permanent crown and when I said I’d only be in town for two weeks they said they would try and expedite it. To which they did. Sadly my schedule didn’t align to get back in before I needed to leave but I was still overly impressed. I made arrangements and returned to the area the following week and was seen. Again, nothing but extreme professionalism and kindness from everyone involved. Oh and of course the permanent crown fit perfectly first try. Just wow. I took the doctor aside to express how much their care and willingness to take care of a visiting traveler in pain, how they handled it with care and compassion, how much that had meant to me. I told her about conversations I had with my wife on how I’d never been so impressed before that she suggested that I make her my primary, even being states away. Just fantastic. Thank you again.

Dr Mayze and her assistant were so great! They checked how i was doing during my fillings more than once as well as combined my two fillings into one appointment. They were speedy but didn't rush and were very attentive to detail. I haven't had anything but positive experiences since I've been a patient there. Very accommodating office with flexibility and kindness. Highly recommend!

Today I had one of the best experiences ever at a dentist. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very professional - each one I dealt with. They all introduced themselves and got on with the job, al the whole making me feel valued and welcome.
