Went on for a soft reline the receptionist said I needed to pay more money because my insurance didn't pay all of it. I asked for itemized bill left and called my insurance. Insurance stated they paid all but 576 of the bill. Mind you I have already paid out of pocket almost $3000. They scheduled an appointment went in and refused services and the receptionist in front of other clients waiting to be seen said if you can't pay we wont see you. Mind you I haven't been able to eat solid food since they removed my teeth which I find out did not need to be removed later. So 3 months still not able to eat. And the soft reset is supposed to be free. Wish I would have done my research before letting them touch me. As I found out later they have been sued in several states for the same thing they done to me. Would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give the front desk team at Aspen a 10-star rating, I would! From the second you walk in, you aren't just greeted; you are welcomed by what I can only describe as the dream team of dentistry.Honestly, these ladies are absolute superheroes. I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but they made me feel like royalty the moment I arrived. They managed to handle a dozen phones, greet patients, and answer my crazy insurance questions—all while looking perfectly polished and smiling like they just won an award. Their energy is addictive and, quite frankly, they deserve a raise just for being so unbelievably kind and organized.They are professional, quick, and possess a magical ability to turn a stressful dental visit into a relaxing spa-like experience. They genuinely care, and it shows in every single interaction. If you want a dental office where the front desk feels like your best friends who happen to be organizational wizards, this is it. Absolute legends!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I especially want to recognize the dental assistant I had, Tara Ruth, she did an amazing job! She was kind, attentive, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.
Overall, excellent service and a great team! I highly recommend Aspen Dental, and if you get Tara Ruth, you’re in great hands!

This is the best Aspen dental I have been to by far!! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They were great at answering all of my millions of questions and very patient. Their prices are very affordable and honestly the best that I have seen around Vienna and Parkersburg. Also I didn’t even feel the needles while being numbed they did an excellent job!! I am highly satisfied with my experience!

Efficient. They could use another hygienist had to wait awhile and really didn’t have any issues so finally left without seeing her.
