Edited review. I did have issues calling their call center. Sometimes they don’t match up with the actual office. Rescheduled it to a new day and time. Got in. They were all nice to work with. Made the issue with my dentures taken care of. They do strive for customer relations to help you with your needs. Thank you

My experience at Aspen Dental has been great so far! Kylie and Kelsey both have helped me on different occasions with questions I had and are very informative. They are also super friendly and sweet! Today I got a regular teeth cleaning done with Halle and she made the process run so smoothly. Getting your teeth cleaned isn’t fun ever but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was also super friendly and took her time cleaning my teeth and was very patient with me and explaining things to me to help me better understand. I recommend Aspen Dental in West Burlington to anyone!

I haven't been to the dentist in years, but I heard Aspen Dental in Burlington IA was a reliable place for dental work. From start to finish the experience was phenomenal. Halley was wonderful during the whole process, made cleaning my teeth a delightful experience. Kylie was very thorough in explaining everything from what I needed done and what it would cost. Every question she had an answer for. I'm very grateful for the staff at Aspen Dental. Thank you guys~

Very informed and friendly staff. I'm new to the burlington area and they already treat me like family. All the way until you check out you will receive the best options that suit your best personal and financial needs. First time in my life I dont dread the next appointment. Aspen Dental was a very pleasant experience. ALL the staff were very kind and helpful. Kelsea was professional, yet personable. She explained my options, and was very proficient at her duties. Hailey is such a careful hygienist ... I'm thankful that I finally found a place that will help me care for my teeth! Thank you to all!
