I drive almost two hours because everyone at Aspen in Williston is kind and happy! it says a lot about a place when everyone smiles- from reception, hygienists and the talented dentists! I have had cavities refilled and they have never hurt me. I have an extensive plan of care and I am no longer afraid of the dentist! Trust your care to Aspen Dental in Williston Vermont!

First visit in August. Aspen Dental is one of the few providers in my area that accepts the insurance I have. When I booked my appointment a told them I wanted basic preventative dental care, cleaning and oral exam. Arrived and learned they must do full set of x-rays, Gum recession measurements (periodontal charting) and oral exam prior to a cleaning. Fine, insurance was going to pay for all of it. After all that, I was sent to the "manager" who explained everything was covered by my insurance but recommended an additional $40 cancer screening that would not be coved by insurence. I declined. Finally, they scheduled a cleaning for me in February. Wish they had done the cleaning while I was there. Fortunately they didn't find any issues with my teeth. Overall the staff were pleasant although I felt like the "manager" was there to sell add-ons. I'll be going back but their business proceedures are unusual to me.

I would highly recommend this dental office. All of the staff were so friendly and inviting. Kennedy was very nice and clearly explained everything that was happening during my X-rays. Dr. Karande was very professional and she too, explained everything in clear terms. Florencia helped me to determined the best course of action for covering the costs of upcoming procedures. She was extremely friendly and gave me several options. Together we worked out the best plan for me.

5 stars across the board for the team at Aspen Dental in Williston! As someone who recently relocated to Vermont, I was incredibly impressed by how quickly I was able to secure a new patient appointment. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was exceptional — welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly respectful of patients’ time. My paperwork and insurance information were processed unbelievably fast, and I was seen right at my scheduled appointment time. The X-rays were quick and seamless, and my consultation with Dr. Acone was outstanding. He was professional, attentive, thorough, and never made me feel rushed. He communicated the importance of my future dental plan and preventative care in a direct, honest, and approachable way that I genuinely appreciated. Dr. Acone brings a level of professionalism, confidence, and patient rapport that immediately puts you at ease and leaves a lasting impression. I was also lucky enough to grab a next-day cleaning appointment due to a cancellation, and Stella, my hygienist, was phenomenal. Gentle yet incredibly effective, detail-oriented, professional, personable — truly an asset to the Aspen Dental team. She made the entire appointment efficient, comfortable, and exceptionally well executed. This Williston Aspen Dental location has clearly built a team that values professionalism, efficiency, patient care, and overall experience. As a business leader overseeing a company of approximately 130 employees, I would absolutely recommend and refer Aspen Dental to anyone seeking high-quality dental care and outstanding service.

Needed a tooth extracted and got an appointment quick. They did an exam, told me about some other issues, and gave me options and details about insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. Everyone was really nice and no pressure to do anything I wasn't ready for. I like the no bs approach and will be using Aspen for routine cleanings from now on.
