I had a tooth emergency. They fit me in right away. The check in was easy and efficient. The DA’s were knowledgeable and very nice. The dentist did a great job - gave me options for treatment, then removed a difficult molar very well - I didn’t need 1 tylenol after the novocaine wore off. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

The hygienist was awesome however, she's a temporary traveling hygienist. I had an appointment scheduled last week that they never called me to cancel. They have lost all of their regular hygienist,I was told. I was called three months ago to cancel my appointment also. This time after my cleaning, they said they could not reschedule me because they have no hygienist on hand. They are trying but this leaves me wondering if I will get in for another appointment, and if so when. Those that were working were friendly.

The doctors and receptionist were very kind and welcoming. The doctor gave a clear and concise plan for me. The people there also gave me a rundown of what to expect when it came down to costs for my treatment.

My husband has gone to the Topsham location in the past with no results. We decided to give Augusta a try. We were not disappointed!! From the front desk, billing, assistants & the rock star dentist we received treatment for him with lightning speed. They obviously have great care for patients and love their jobs. Everyone was happy & smiling on a Friday one hour before closing. 1000% recommend this office in Augusta.

I had my first exam at Aspen Dental in Augusta, Maine in the beginning of April, I had an impression made to get a good night guard . There was an internal issue that delayed the ordering of my night guard. I did advise Aspen Dental that I needed to receive the night guard before my trip out of state. I had a phone call from Jonas Cordeiro and we discussed the events of the delay. He asked me to come back in to have a new digital impression scan. I had this done the next day. Jonas told how sorry he was that someone dropped the ball. He agreed to put in a request to have my mouth guard expedited but couldn't guarantee it would be ready for me before my trip. I'm happy to say it did come in on time. I picked it up and wore it that night, and finally I woke up without the mouth pain that I had been having for so long. The guard stayed in and worked. Thanks for turning a bad experience around. Great service and hearing the customer/patient and fixing the situation.
