Shania was extremely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was extremely nervous and embarrassed because of the condition of my teeth. Thanks Shania. Megan was amazing. She was the best hygienist that I have ever worked with. She was thorough and answered all of my questions. Thank you Megan. I will be using Aspen and Megan especially from now on for all of my dental needs.

I came in as a new patient today @ the Veterans location. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful from start to finish. Checking in was very smooth i was greeted immediately as I entered. There was no extensive paperwork or issues verifying my insurance. La'Trecia was a sweetheart she was very compassionate when i expressed my fear of the dentist. She also interacted with my 3yr to help distract him while i got my xrays and talked to the doctor..La'Trecia was very patient, kind, informative and efficient. Dr.Lauderdale was cool she kept sweet and straight to the point!!!! Bre was my hygienist and she was very compassionate and informative. She developed a plan for me to ensure i was on the right track to re-establishing my dental care. Lastly the financial counselor was very helpful in explaining what my insurance covered and got me set up for my next appointments..I was beyond pleased with my experience today... thank you all so much cant wait to come back

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which made my visit smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to McKenzie and Megan for taking such great care of me. They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. My $30 new patient no insurance exam visit went great. The comprehensive X-rays showed why I was in pain and all the problems with not just my teeth but gums.The staff was knowledgeable with great understanding to financial planning. Everything was clean and with such nice attitudes I felt truly listened to. Only lacking a star due to aspen dental company pricing and not in office care. Arrive a bit early or you might wait an extra 30-40minutes.

Very helpful people. The staff has a lot of patience. Generally, everything went well. The only thing I will say is that the plan of action for any future procedures or what needs to be done could have been explained more thoroughly. Otherwise, very nice experience.
