April 8, 2026 "I just had the best experience at Associates of Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. My hygienist was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and Dr. Spriggs took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and not rushed. The office is spotless, modern, and high-tech. I finally found my long-term dental home!"
I used to be nervous about dental appointments, but after pain free visits with Drs. McGinty and Spriggs, they and their staff made me completely at ease. Drs. and staff are truly thorough and care about your comfort and satisfaction. My visits have all been positive and pain free. I highly recommend this team of professional

Dr. Springs is very professional while still treating patients like good friends. The nurses are great and friendly. I am very self conscious about my teeth and they made me feel so comfortable. I only have one day a week free that I can have work done and I always have my 2year old with me and they are so friendly to her and keep her company while working on my teeth, as well as making her comfortable with dentist in general. 5 stars easy.

I was very impressed with everyone there. You were all very nice from the dog to the receptionist to the hygienist into the dentist. One of my greatest fears is going to the dentist. But you guys made me feel very comfortable and I didn鈥檛 feel any pain. You weren鈥檛 pushy and you understood my concerns and went along with what I wanted to do and when I wanted to do it. And I appreciate all the help that you gave me. Thank you very much and I will see you in a month. Lara.

Dr.spriggs is amazing. I was very impressed with how he actually makes you feel comfortable and listen to he walked me through my procedure that I had to get done. Also took the time to go over after care the staff is also amazing very nice always smiling always greeted and they actually try to remember your face I believe it鈥檚 from the smile 馃 i feel like this office is the best in town definitely recommend

Dr. Spriggs is awesome! I came in on appointment with a chipped tooth and full expectation of having to get my 4th crown. (I鈥檓 very hard on my teeth) Bit Dr. Spriggs was able to do some drilling magic without having to numb my mouth, and fill the tooth on the same appointment! NO PAIN, and you can鈥檛 even tell the tooth was damaged, it looks perfect! Everyone at Associates Of Dentistry are very friendly, helpful, and professional! Our entire family have been patients of Dr. McGinty, (who has been in practice for 50 years!)since 1996 when I got out of the army and moved to Joplin. He and Dr. Spriggs are simply the best!! I wouldn鈥檛 think of going anywhere else!
