I cannot express how wonderful this office truly is. Both of the women of the front staff are exceptional, I was able to get in very quickly thanks to them. I felt like they cared for my situation and genuinely wanted to help me. They also had no issues answering any of my questions or concerns. Grace and Breyonna explained my pre and post op wonderfully, they made me feel calm and knew I was in great hands after talking with them. Dr. Chris Yi made me feel very comfortable and walked me through each step he took. He also called me at the end of the day to see how I was doing which was very kind of him. Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery easily gave me the best experience I have ever had. I’m very grateful for their kindness and for treating me like a person and not a number.

Dr. Yi and his staff are amazing! When having a tooth pulled, he explains every step of the way what is happening and what you may hear or feel. They were careful to make sure that I did not experience any pain. Needing to have a tooth pulled is never something that you wish for, but if it must be done, then this is the doctor that you want to see. He knows what he is doing. : )

I don't write reviews ever but for this level of service I must. 4 days after my emergency tooth extraction I have felt almost no pain besides immediately after the surgery. Dr. Chris Yi was extremely professional and straightforward. And during surgery he was so quick it was amazing. I had 4 teeth removed and within what felt like 3 mins he had said all the teeth were out. I was surprised. I have had other teeth pulled and it felt like it took 20 mins at other doctors. If you need anything to do with teeth this is the place

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yi and his amazing team. As the mother of a special needs son who is genuinely afraid of doctors, pain, and medical procedures, finding the right provider is about so much more than credentials. My son desperately needed care, but he was frightened, and I was worried about how he would handle the experience. From the moment we walked through the door, Dr. Yi and his staff went out of their way to make both of us feel comfortable, welcome, and reassured. What stood out most was their empathy. They didn’t simply acknowledge my son’s fears—they took them seriously. They were patient, kind, accommodating, and attentive to his comfort. They explained what was happening, listened to concerns, and never made us feel as though we were an inconvenience or that we needed to hurry. As a mom, watching people extend that level of compassion to your child means more than I can adequately put into words. Even the environment reflects the thoughtfulness of this practice. The office is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed rather than cold or intimidating, and the team’s attire and overall presentation contribute to that same approachable, calming atmosphere. It feels as though careful consideration has been given to making patients feel at ease. Most impressive, however, was that the care did not end when the work was finished. The kindness and attentiveness we experienced before and during his care continued afterward. There was never that uncomfortable feeling of, “The procedure is over, so now you’re on your own.” We continued to feel cared for, supported, and important. For families of individuals with special needs—or anyone who is fearful of doctors, procedures, or being hurt—I highly recommend Dr. Yi and his team. They understand that excellent care involves more than simply treating the problem in front of them. It means caring for the person who came through the door. I am incredibly grateful for the way they cared for my son and for the peace of mind they gave me as his mother. Five stars hardly seem enough.

Dr. Yi and his team were amazing. I had to have a procedure done and I felt little pain. Grace made me feel very comfortable and everything went smoothly. The whole staff is welcoming and nice especially when you get as nervous as I do with dental procedures. I highly recomend them.
