We had such a great experience from front desk getting greeted by Javier who is front desk he made check in very easy and smooth to being taken care of by Kendy who is the chief of operations. Doctor A was incredible-kind, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable. The hospitality was outstanding, and the entire team was so welcoming and friendly, Yuliana was the dental assistant that took care of us, we loved her. Overall, we loved everything about our visit and highly recommended, we will be back in six months for my husband's next exam, cleaning etc.

Dr. Shoa and her team are outstanding!
I visited Dr. Shoa after experiencing an infection in a root canal that had been performed six years ago. The infection caused significant pain in my jaw and tooth, along with swelling in my cheek. I called the office just an hour before closing, and JC at the front desk immediately recognized the urgency of my situation and encouraged me to come in.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a welcoming smile. Dr. Shoa thoroughly evaluated my condition and promptly prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen to help reduce the infection and manage the pain.
I returned for a follow-up visit two days later and was once again warmly welcomed by JC. Dr. Shoa and her entire staff provided exceptional care throughout the process. A special thank you to Yuli, Anni, and JC for making me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Shoa was knowledgeable, compassionate, and clear in explaining what was happening and the treatment plan moving forward. She took the time to answer my questions while showing genuine concern for my well-being.
I am truly grateful to have met such wonderful and caring people. I will gladly recommend Dr. Shoa and her team to my family and friends. Thank you all again for your exceptional care and kindness. God bless!

Had an awesome experience at Austin Clarity Dental & Implant! JC, Dr Shoa & Annie were simply fantastic and knowledgeable in their expertise. JC got me in on a Saturday and accommodated my time before the actual appointment. He made sure I was comfortable hydrated and informed with CLARITY throughout the procedure! Annie is very personable and sweet. Dr. Shoa was top tier! She immediately noted treatment areas and fixed my current issue without hesitation and I’m one satisfied client!!! Give them a call for all your Dental needs.

First patient at this brand new location! Staff are super super friendly and the practice is very nicely decorated/ designed. The rooms are bright with windows and lots of light. There were a couple of kinks but that's expected on the first day. I have full confidence everything will be smooth sailing next visit. This place was great!

My family & I visited couple of dental clinic but Austin Clarity Dental & Implant at Jollyville and Duval is one of the best clinic with no unnecessary cost for test and for treatment.
Dr Soha and her team were simply Outstanding as well special thanks to Mr. Jessie for his overall coordination and providing outstanding service starting from making an appointment till completion of dental care and check out.
Also Heartfelt thanks to Dr Soha and her team as well Mr. Jessie for being so much caring to all patients with their smiling face that really impressed us. We also liked Dr. Soha’s briefing for the treatment plan.
They have the latest equipments which also impressed us. I recommend everyone to visit Austin Clarity Dental & Implant located at Jollyville & Duval, Austin to visit at least one time.
