(please read to the end) Everyone knows that dental work can be expensive. And people ( like me) often skip going to the dentist, even if I do have dental insurance, because unfortunately, the insurance doesn’t cover much work. But then the pain came I found out, I had a root canal, with an additional tooth next to it that would soon become a root canal and I knew I was going to need help. I was very lucky to find the Austin Oral Surgery in Marble Falls. I came to them, told them that as much as I wanted to save my teeth, I was on a very VERY tiny budget. And as much as I hated to, I was going to have to get my teeth pulled. 😭 They were very understanding of my financial constraints, and went over all of the different options with me, included payment plans. Making sure that they had all my insurance information and calling the insurance company to make sure that there were no other options available to me through my insurance that perhaps I had missed. I was given a much lower estimate than I originally had budgeted for, and I was so grateful to the hard-working people at this wonderful clinic, that I quite literally broke down in tears. (I had also unfortunately broken my glasses at the time, and it was being held together with duct tape. And with this, it meant, I could also afford to go get new glasses! )And I was just so grateful! I am now five days out from getting my teeth pulled. I’m having no pain, I’m healing really well, and I’ve made sure to follow all of their directions. The procedure took about two minutes to be quite honest. I was lucky that the teeth came out very easily and quickly. Though your experience, of course may take longer. They were very, very careful to make sure I was completely numb and waited nearly half an hour to make absolutely sure that I felt no pain!! For which I am extremely grateful because I’m a giant weenie when it comes to pain! Every step was explained to me, and I was sent home with a small care package of postop instructions, extra gauze, their numbers highlighted if there was ever an emergency, and anything else that I might need. It even came with a personal tiny Chapstick just for me! I felt so well taken care of. ❤️❤️And I’m so very grateful to everyone that works there. It’s not always a stress-free or easy experience to go to a dentist, but I’m so grateful that everyone at the oral surgery clinic, went above and beyond, not only to help me when it came to my financial constraints, but also to my care before and after. If God forbid, I ever I have to get another tooth pulled, this will be the first place that I go. Because I know that I will have everything I need from start to finish. I wholeheartedly Thank everyone working there from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

I will be forever grateful to A.O.S. I had the trip of a lifetime planned to Italy. Developed an infection from a bad tooth 10 days before I was to leave. I was seen by my dentist, an endotontist and referred to A.O.S. I found this organization to be very accommodating and helpful to get me in asap. I was seen by Dr. Popp at the Marble Falls office for a consult. He knew i was leaving for Italy in 4 days. He was wonderfully confident. He encouraged me and convinced me to pull that tooth NOW rather than wait and just stay on antibiotics. And he stayed that day to do that for me. I'm so thankful ❣️ he helped to make my dream vacation fabulous. He was right. I didn't have any issues flying. And it was only tender for the first few days of my trip. I hope this review finds him. I want him to know, I thank God for him coming into my life at that time. ❤️

Now I can’t say I was delighted to get my wisdom teeth removed… but they were kind from the consult appointment where Dr. Kern showed me my x-ray where the teeth were and why they needed to be removed. To the procedure day, I hate needles and didn’t even notice the IV Dr. Kern did and moment later I was asleep. The office also offered all the supplies I needed and an after hours contact incase we needed anything. I would recommend them highly.

I was referred here for multiple extractions. After the exam I was quoted more than double what I expected (after plenty of research). I got a second exam and opinion from a 5 star surgeon for substantially LESS THAN HALF OF AOSC!!! The OTHER clinic did a perfect job, no complications, same scope of work 😀. I will be generous and say the staff was not outright rude, but they win a prize for indifference, and ability to ignore you completely. They were unable to provide a payment receipt or give a copy of the outrageous quote. Please get a second opinion before using this chain franchise... Unless you enjoy throwing $6,000 directly into a fire. You don't even get a smile with the extortion.

Had to have a front tooth extraction. It was painless. Dr Kern was courteous and even asked what kind of music I preferred. It was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
