I was in need of a great oral surgeon and was referred to Dr. William Cain by my dentist. That was my first blessing!! A referral to an amazing dentist!!! At my first meeting and consultation with him and his entire office staff I was so happy that all these people truly were kind and compassionate and understanding of my fear of dental work . They all made me feel comfortable and in Great hands!!!This was a big concern for me as I don’t handle pain well and was truly scared. The morning of my scheduled extraction of two teeth they truly made me feel like I was in safe hands. And I was!!! I have rolling veins and Dr. Cain had no trouble getting the IV in place. And the procedure was so easy and pain free I was truly amazed and so grateful for all the care they took of me. From getting me ready all the way to walking me to my car after the procedure. They called to check on me to make sure everything was going well. They treated me like I was a family member and took the best care of me!!! I will only use Dr. Cain amd his office for any future oral surgery needs I may have and will highly recommend them!!! From the moment I walked into the office for the very first time to the moment they walked me to my car and got me in my vehicle and called to check on me I was treated with care and compassion and concerns for all my fears. I am really truly grateful for all that took such great care of me!! Thank you Dr. William Cain and all his staff!!! Your kindness will never be forgotten!!!

10/10 recommend Dr. Fernandez and his team! Absolutely amazing! My son had a tooth removed from his lip and they put him at ease and made the process as smooth as possible. They kept him safe during sedation and the procedure. Dr. Fernandez personally checked up on him that same evening. They are so caring and wonderful. Morgan was amazing, too! She explained things to my son to help him relax and was so sweet to him. She was a big reason why he was able to relax enough to go through surgery. We appreciate them so much!!!

This is a follow-up to my initial 1-star evaluation of their business practices, and I am rating the surgical procedure in this post. I was contacted the next business day and provided another appt. the following day for my much needed surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Fernandez, and he proved himself an extraordinary physician and surgeon from the time we discussed the procedure through the post surgical follow-up appt. Dr. Fernandez genuinely cares about his patients and is a truly skilled surgeon. I truly appreciate his bedside manner and desire to help his patients. Dr. Fernandez has tremendous communication skills that made me feel comfortable heading into the procedure. If necessary, I will return to Dr. Fernandez for future oral procedures.

Dr. Cain was amazing with my son and made us both feel comfortable about his surgery. Being a worried mama he assured me that he would care for my son as if he were his own and that helped ease my anxieties. The entire team was amazing and felt like my son was properly cared for. Thank you to the Temple office and staff and Dr Cain for making our experience as pleasant as possible.

I had an excellent experience with Austin Oral Surgery. I recently had treatment on my tooth #7, which required anesthesia and a bone graft, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Dr. Cain was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind going into the procedure. The anesthesia process was smooth, and the team made sure I was comfortable and at ease. The staff was kind, attentive, and efficient, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and well-managed. I’m very grateful for the level of care I received and would absolutely recommend Austin Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery or specialized dental care.
