Outstanding Dental Care for Over 20 Years! I had another fantastic experience at Balmoral Dental Center. Dawn did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth—she was thorough, professional, and clearly committed to providing the highest level of care. Dr. AJ was equally impressive. He has a warm, easy-going personality that immediately puts you at ease, and his skill and expertise are evident in every interaction. I've been a patient at Balmoral Dental Center for more than two decades, and the quality of care has been consistently outstanding. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and dedicated to making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Balmoral Dental Center to anyone looking for excellent dental care. After 20+ years as a patient, I can confidently say they continue to exceed my expectations.

This was the best experience ever! I always have a rough time at dentist but they made me feel so welcomed and seen. They made sure I was comfortable said it was okay if I needed breaks and even told me what they were doing every step along the way. I left extremely satisfied and for the first time I wanted to go back to a dentist. A comfortable and welcoming experience with extremely nice people.

First let me say thank you to the ladies that take care of me here. Dr. Larsen Gina and Melissa. I came to this place almost a year ago sorry for the very late review. My teeth were in very bad condition and I was embarrassed. I had not been to a dentist in a VERY long time lack of insurance and money but regardless they did not make me feel ashamed. I had to have a little bit of work done and I can’t tell you how thankful I was for choosing this place my teeth look great!!! I am still going to regular visits now and if I have any problems they get me in as soon as possible. Ladies keep doing what you do!!!

My first visit was very pleasurable. The staff and Dr were very friendly and knowledgable. There was literally no wait time and they got me in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Been going here for a couple of years since I moved back to the area from being stationed in Norfolk, VA. I went in for my 6 month checkup, and I asked if I owed anything and the receptionist stated I owed $130+ dollars. I explained my insurance covered all my cleanings and the receptionist stated they no longer take my insurance. I asked why they no take my BCBS and she stated she didn’t know and I needed to pay for my cleaning. I asked why they didn’t call me and let me know prior and that they were out of network. She stated it is not required by policy to call patients and let them know in advance they are no longer in network and will have to pay out of pocket l. If I wanted my teeth cleaned today, I needed to pay. I then ask if they were going to tell me prior to my cleaning that they no longer take my insurance. She said all bills are paid after service. If I was to not have asked, she would have not told me and I would be out of pocket for anything they would have done that day. I explained that I would not get my cleaning done there From this point forward and they should have called me as a courtesy and told me that my insurance was no longer taken by them. I would recommend going somewhere else for my dental care. If you are like me and my family that are on a fixed income, then you need a dental office that is reliable and professional. There are too many good and better dental offices around the area to go to a place where they don’t put their clients first.
