My appointment was scheduled quickly and went much better than I anticipated. Julie did my X-rays painlessly and provided thorough explanation of what is needed and treatments as well as what she was seeing. Dr Barsanti came in and further examined the X-rays, mouth and teeth. She also was amazing! She explained needed treatments and was easy to understand. Ashley went over my treatment plan and provided estimates and made the needed appointments. She also took payment(that’s the UGH part but not their fault). The office submitted this to my insurance as a courtesy since my insurance is not in network. I have gone to Barsanti Dental for many years and appreciate the professionalism and state of the art facility. The crowns I’ve had done are the BEST, and they’re done in one appointment. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist so this review is really saying a lot…Great work team. Thank you

Dr. Barsanti and her staff provide excellent dental care. Their dedication to dental health starts with clear and expert guidance and tools for self care. When surgery such as crowns, fillings or other procedures are needed, Dr. Barsanti is exceptional in her skills and competence. She and her colleagues, Kristen and Julie at my last few appointments, work as a dedicated patient focused team. The clinic is always spotless and the front office is without exception courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Dr. Barsanti and her staff to anyone seeking superlative dental healthcare.

I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Barsanti and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they really go out of their way to make you feel at ease. The office itself is spotless, which instantly makes you feel more comfortable and confident in the care you’re receiving. Dr. Barsanti is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and reassuring. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit, which makes a huge difference—especially if you’re someone who gets a little nervous about dental appointments. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who combines great care with a warm, welcoming environment!

This place is great! I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years so I was very nervous. The staff was so kind, patient, and made me feel heard. The space is very clean. I am now a regular patient and I have no more cavities! The staff is really, really friendly and polite. Dr. Barsanti is very fast, efficient, and nice! Honestly, nobody enjoys going to the dentist- the pain, the fear, the cost!!- but I’m happier knowing the staff is taking good care of me and prioritizing my concerns.

I really wanted to like this dentist but their billing practices are unethical. They initially gave me an extremely high quote on some work. I chose to have a large portion of the work done elsewhere for 1/3rd of the price. Came back to have my cleaning and they asked if anything had changed so I told them I had a few things fixed. They seemed upset with me and said they needed a new x ray. Took one, lectured me about how now they don’t know what’s going on in my mouth so I shouldn’t go anywhere else.. I said I would have loved to have the work done there but it was far too expensive for me.. I come to the front desk and they bill me $250 for that x ray I was never given the option to decline. No one let me know it would be an additional charge. I was pissed and then they even sent me an ADDITIONAL bill saying it wasn’t as covered by my insurance as they thought it would be. I told them that sucked and that they needed to be more accurate with their quotes and that they needed to authorize any additional charges with me before going ahead. They apologized. Next visit, they provided a “quote” of $350 with insurance to fill 3 cavities. I asked if this was an accurate quote as I wouldn’t be doing the work with them/ now if it was going to be more. At this point they should have submitted the work to my insurance company for a prior authorization estimate (as every other dentist has always done) but apparently they did not. They said it was as accurate as they could get it, that the totals were pulled from my insurance, and yet one month later they sent another bill for an additional $400. I called my insurance and it seems they are doing their estimates for me based on “in-network” pricing even though they are “out of network” which is unacceptable. The dentist is nice enough but the work is mediocre (my fillings are both lumpy/ poorly shaped and I am experiencing bad hot/cold sensitivity on all teeth she worked on) The billing practices are outrageous. Proceed with caution. I will not be returning.
