Excellent experience so far. I came in feeling anxious about my appointment, but the entire team immediately put me at ease. Dr. McCrudden was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. My deep cleaning was much easier than I expected thanks to the hygienist Joanna, who explained each step, checked in on my comfort throughout the procedure, and provided clear instructions afterward. The front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and helpful. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and genuinely focused on making the experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Bayside Periodontics. Dr. Alicja had a good hand, soft and gentle, and kept me informed and patiently explained every step of the procedure to me. Her assistant, Nahida, made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and had incredibly gentle and kind bedside manner. She followed up after the procedure to check on how I was doing, and I felt very well looked after and comfortable in their care.

I recently had a dental implant and gum grafting procedure done with Dr. Yoo, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Dr. Yoo was incredibly thorough, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. That level of care and attention really helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly grateful for the skill and precision involved in my care. On top of that, the office staff was just as impressive—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They made scheduling and follow-ups easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of periodontal care. You’ll be in excellent hands.

First visit. Everyone (Dr Albert Yoo and team (front and back office)) was nice, friendly, and accommodating. I thought I was just going to get a quick evaluation, a setup for a follow up appointment. They took the time to do the necessary testing same day, and even did the grafting the same day. Office is nice, new, state of the art equipment.

Dr Yoo and his staff run an incredible dental practice. Dr Yoo performed a gum graft that worked beautifully. He was calm, reassuring, and even took the time to answer a follow-up question on the phone I had while I healed. His office staff is communicative, friendly, and organized. Would highly recommend!
