My experience at Beacon Dental was exceptional; I would rate it 1000 out of 100. The staff was outstanding, welcoming me as if I had been a patient for years, even though it was my first visit. I was a walk-in and received treatment on the same day. The facility is very modern and immaculate. The DDS who performed my procedure was extraordinary, and her assistant was equally impressive. I haven't felt this great about a medical office and staff in a while; this will be my new home until it's no more.

I am a Retired Senior Citizen. All I have to say is after spending $15,000.00 out of pocket, all the Savings I hadt hen she dropped my Insurance. It seems every single time I went there, they always found something wrong, and I always needed more work done. I wish I had gotten a 2nd opinion. They made me feel like Family but now I see, it was all about the money. Now I have a Dental Group that I trust and they are "NOT" all about the money. I am not saying the work was not good but, did I really need it all? I spent from February 2025 to November 2025 getting work done. Remember God sees all, and if you are not doing right by Customers, he will step in, when the time is right. I only hope you acknowledge your wrong doing. No need to respond because there is nothing you can say that is going to make me feel any better. I have lost all Faith in you. I really hope you do better by your Customers.
Your Staff was absolutely AMAZING, they know who they are!

ALL the staff here are amazing and so kind. Had a toothache that I couldn't ignore anymore and they were able to get me in same day.
Dentists are usually a huge point of anxiety for me but the doc made me feel at ease. She made sure I wasnt feeling any pain and kept me informed on what was going on the entire time I was getting my filling.
They're a little out of the way for me but I will absolutely be coming here for any dental needs I have in the future.

I had a very concerning experience at this dental office. I went in for my first appointment for a cleaning. I was then told I had three cavities that needed to be filled, so I went ahead and had all three filled.
After those three fillings were completed, I was suddenly told that I also had a fourth cavity that needed to be filled. This fourth cavity had never been mentioned to me before. Before leaving, I asked the dental assistant if she could show me on the X-ray where the cavity was. She opened the X-ray, quickly pointed to a tooth, and then closed it. When I asked for more information, I was told I would have to speak directly with the dentist.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was how strongly I was being pushed to schedule the fourth filling for the very next day, with the assistant telling me it was bad to wait. I decided not to schedule it and said I would call back after having some time to think about it. I never did because the entire situation felt wrong to me.
More recently, I showed these X-rays to another dentist. He examined my teeth, cleaned them, and told me that he did not see any cavities. He also specifically looked at the tooth that the dental assistant had pointed out as having the supposed fourth cavity and said that he saw no indication of a cavity there.
Obviously, I can’t personally determine whether the original diagnosis was incorrect or whether there was some other explanation, but given the circumstances, I found the experience extremely concerning. Being told I needed another filling that had never previously been mentioned, being unable to get a clear explanation or properly see the alleged cavity, and then being pressured to have the procedure done the very next day left me feeling like I was being pushed into an unnecessary procedure.
I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to additional fillings or other procedures here. I personally will not be returning.

The staff at Beacon Dental were very friendly and professional. As someone who is embarrassed by their teeth, I felt no judgement from the doctor or dental hygienist. I genuinely think the staff here care about their patients and want the best treatment plans for their patients. I highly recommend
