I would like to thank Dr. O for his amazing work on my extraction. I had severe pain and needed that tooth outta there. Dr. O I can’t thank you and your staff enough for the care you gave me. The best dentist I’ve ever had, hands down. His staff cared so much as well the ladies were so amazing.

I came to Ben Archer needing help with getting dental insurance since I am retired and did not know how to begin. I was sent to.Dively Villela And she walked me through the process, inform me completely of all the documents I would need and was kind thorough and friendly. I was treated with the greatest respect and professionalism That I have experienced in a long time. I give her a five star plus rating and I know if I have any questions she is there with such a great attitude to take care of any answers I might need. You’ve got a winner here!

Even though I qualify the financial aid woman, who is pretty much impossible to get an appointment with, continuously denies me. She keeps claiming I don't have the right paperwork and then tells me that the paperwork I brought in the last time I had an appointment with her was what I need even though the last time I had an appointment she told me to bring in the paperwork I had this time and denied me because I didn't have the correct one then so which is it and now she tells me it's both. First time I've heard that..... The director of this clinic is apparently not reachable

2 days in a row in for emergency dental and waited over 2 hours each day. Told them 6 months ago wanted a tooth removed due to being cracked and sensitive. Not happy with service at all.

Very experienced dentists/hygienists. However they stopped doing fillings for 8am walk-ins and appointments are scheduled months apart. But it is all free.
